Enjoyed our steaks

We stopped by for dinner on our way to the ACC. I didn't know this place existed, but my husband informed me that Bardi's has been around for decades. Everything was delicious . The steaks were cooked to perfection. They have an extensive wine list. We ordered a 2007 Brunello and it was... read more

Visited Bardi's for a lunch meeting. Decor of restaurant takes you back to old school steakhouses and how they should be. A bit worn and dated but that means nothing when the steak was cooked to perfection. Moderate prices for a great piece of meat. Would return. Service was courteous and professional. Enjoyed my meal and the quality.

Went to Bardi's last night for dinner after a friend recommended it for "the best steak you'll ever have". Definitely did not disappoint. Although the price point was very high, the steak was probably one of the best steaks I've ever had. I had the escargot appetizer which was amazing and then I had the 8oz filet mignon with a... Great steaks, excellent service, fabulous wine list and cozy ambiance. Just around the corner from the Air Canada Centre so ideal location before a game. Enough said!

We did not have a reservation for our party of but that was not a problem. The wine was excellent and so was the food. Our party just had appetizers but they were excellent. The staff was very nice and attentive.

The service was excellent. The shrimp appetizer was delicious; the sauce was soak your bread in it yummy. The garlic bread was delicious. Our entree was a Filet mignon which was cooked to perfection! We ended the meal with a beautifully presented cheese cake that melted in your mouth. Great experience, would definitely recommend this restaurant! Suzu

We were greeted by the manager Chris... Extremely nice and made us feel welcomed ( thank you) Wine list is extensive with many wonderful wines to choose! We chose a California Merlot :) Service was one of the best I have encountered. My husband had the Bardi's special which in his opinion was thee best rib steak he has ever... More

We thought we were in for a nice meal when we walked in and it turned into a terrible experience all around. The menu is limited and WAY over priced for what you get. My husband and I like to treat ourselves from time to time with a fine dining experience, this simply was completely disappointing. The wine list is... More

Staying in Downtown West

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
