Park Hyatt Hotel's restaurant

Food is delicious and beautifully presented. Not for travellers on a budget as a small portion is around $18 but the regular size is about $40 not including, dessert, beverage or tax.

First of all, I have to say how wonderful it was to find such an accommodating venue. I was dealing with Sabrina who gave me such exceptional service. She was extremely easy to reach and made herself readily available. I was looking for a venue to accommodate about 20 guests for afternoon tea for a celebration/baby shower. I had contacted... More

I've had dinners here and breakfasts here. I wouldn't say that every meal has been outstanding by they have all been at least very good, and the breakfasts are excellent. You would not expect this caliber of food I a hotel restaurant, but Annona might just surprise you with the quality and tastiness of their menu. It won't disappoint.

It was a quiet night in the restaurant and a snowy one as well but we were celebrating a special birthday and Valentina and her boys made it extra special indeed. The service was impeccable (and unpretentious) and the food divine. I love a restaurant that doesn't make you feel "cheap" for sharing food. French onion soup (superb), an arugula/bosc... More

We have been to the Park Hyatt for brunch a few times and really like it. However, on Christmas day we had a very bad experience. We called before going to check until what time they were serving the brunch menu. We were told they brunch was until 3pm. When we arrived there, we were informed by the lady at... More

Had breakfast here several consecutive mornings and it is a world class meal. Not cheap but highly recommended.

superb professional service. exctensive wine list. food was excellent. I had the rabbit ravioli for an app. Chilean sea bass for the main. the fish was cooked just right (ie. not overdone). food is very rich and filling. No room left for dessert unfortunately! superb meal.

We were at Park Hyatt Toronto for a business meeting and were treated to lunch at Annona - and it was a treat! Pizza of the day was a yummy medley of flavours and the right mix of crispy crust and cheesy goodness, and the lobster grilled cheese sandwich with roasted tomato soup was decadently nap-inducing richness with lots of... The service at this restaurant was inferior. Our server left us waiting a very long time and forgot about many of our requests. Putting the hair found in my mother's food aside, the thing that I disliked the most about this restaurant though was how expensive my underwhelming meal was. My scrambled eggs came unseasoned, accompanied by a small amount... More

I regularly stay at the Park Hyatt when visiting friends and family in Toronto. The hotel's main restaurant is called Annona. It is absolutely outstanding for both its fine cuisine and its friendly staff. I almost make it a tradition to have a large bowl of their steaming hot chicken soup filled with noodles, dumplings and matzo balls whenever I... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
