Great groupon

Scored a great groupon for lunch here. Food was very good, warm and fresh. Could use more meat in the meat dishes, and getting naan was a bit of a hassle. service wasn't anything special, but I had water all the time. Good price with groupon, may not visit for full price though.

While the starters were fresh, the currries served were definitely one of the worst I had in TO. Will stay away from this one as there are a huge number of choices for Indian food in down town TO.

There's Indian food all over Toronto, so please do not waste your time here. Not the just the food was lacking, but the service was also terrible. It took us forever just to order our drinks, and the place was dead. They really don't have any excuse.

I only send in reviews when the restaurants are really good or really bad.Unfortunately Kama is certainly the latter. We attend the theater in Toronto on a regular basis, normally with friends who are not fans of Indian food. As they could not attend this show, we took the opportunity to go and try Kama. We were advised by the... More

Have been here many times, as we live in the neighbourhood. It's always been a good deal price-wise, although some of the buffet items were lacking. Had the buffet on a Monday night recently, pleasantly surprised by a couple of things. Hot, crispy pappadams and fritters on the hot table, and a nice selections of veg and non-veg dishes. Delicious,... More

We went to Kama's on a Saturday and we were quite pleased with the food. I might also mention that the Groupon voucher we used was also attractive in terms of value. The buffet had very good dishes that satisfied our party of five. We liked the variety of foods and perhaps the only negative observation was the limited choices... More

Went for dinner, great location - and that's where the positives end. Bland, cold food, gloomy atmosphere. Terrible service on all fronts. Worst, misleading groupon ever which turns out to being a hustle. Got in an argument with management over the terms of our rediculous "deal". Escalated to a shouting match, though not surprised as the staff was drinking whiskey... More

Went there for Lunch buffet...the place is nice and big as compared to Aroma and Dhaba. Ambiance is even better than other two. Service was also good, but the only and most important thing which was average was the food. The curries lacked the indian flavors and preparations were just okay...the taste was not that great. I think they need... More

I have been to this restaurant many times, not greatly satisfied, but acceptable. This last Friday, however, was the worst. Same menu in the past two years, plus the quality is deteriorating. The food was too greasy, salty, the meat (almost non existent in the lamb stew) was chewy, the whole aspect of the presentation was uninviting. Service is usually... More

It's a good place to grab a reasonable priced meal before the theatre. No wait to be seated or for food to come. Good variety of dishes available. Fresh naan brought to the table. It's a buffet. I believe they have a la carte available. Been a couple of times. Not outstanding but good.
