Surprisingly nice bread basket with dip and good selection of wines by the glass. Had the jump starr prix fixe @30$. Kale slaw was lovely and a meal onto itself, the only negative is that there was an excessive amount of dressing for my taste. Angus steak cooked perfectly albeit a tad spicy. Overall, a very nice meal.

Good service and reliable food for lunch. Daily specials are generally good and varied - particularly good for a quick lunch.

The crab cake, duck confit and pecan pie are a must try, as is the cheese cake wrapped in phyllo! . . . . . . . . . . . . .

The service sets Jump apart from many restaurants in Toronto. Part of the Oliver and Bonacini group, it has a very interesting menu. When you arrive you are greeted warmly and the servers are attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They have a very good wine list by the glass and bottle. The kale and slaw salad is very good and... More

Made a 6.00pm reservation and got there around 5.50pm. In my reservation I mentioned we were attending the hockey game. Ordered a bottle of wine and I ordered the Jump Start fix menu. Had the Kale and Apple slaw and the Crispy skin Atlantic Salmon. The sale was delicious and the salmon was very good except for the skin which... More

Jump is part of a widely admired restaurant group in Toronto (the best known member of the group is Canoe). The restaurant has a good wine list and a knockout roster of spirits and the food is very good. The high ceiling and wood paneling give the restaurant a feel that is both cozy and spacious, and there is a... More

The wedding celebration at Jump was perfect in every way, ceremony, dinner, dancing and atmosphere. The staff were attentive to every need and detail with a special thank you to Julien, the manager. The guests were all impressed with the quality of food and selections on the menu. And the venue itself lent to the perfect afternoon and evening. Thank... More

We went to Jump for our anniversary celebration. It was nice to be welcomed immediately by the hostess with a "happy anniversary." We started out at the bar where we met Julian. Unannounced to us, Julian is the manager but he was actively lending a hand at the bar. He seemed to be enjoying his duties so we struck up... More

I hosted a business dinner in Jump's semi-private room, and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food, attentiveness of the service, and expansive wine and bourbon selections. Our server was always present when we needed him, but never intrusive, and well supported by the rest of the staff as needed. Very trendy place with a too-bright bar, and... More
