We loved the food and the wine. The dishes we tasted were wonderfully prepared and the presentation quite appealing. The food was just delicious. We paired our dishes with the wines suggested, and it was indeed the proper way to do it. The service was outstanding.

The restaurant is located at 455 King just west of Spadina. An excellent scallop appetizer was followed by an equally good organic sablefish. I tasted some of my colleague's bison strip loin and although she had ordered it well done (?), I would try it on my next visit cooked a little less. The dessert, a spiced pumpkin mousse was... I have been to Crush Wine Bar about 5 times now. I have had some amazing dishes there. My most recent visit was November 21st, 2014. Appetizer Chicken Fried Quail was definitely the best. Wow is all I can say. Really that good. The meat was juicy and it came with Jasmine rice which was the perfect balance with the... More

We stopped in at Crush for wine and appies and we were not disappointed. The front of the restaurant is first come first serve lounge seating and very lively. Our server recommended a fantastic bottle of red wine based on our taste discussion and we were not at all disappointed. If you want to have a casual bite and drink... More

I recommend the oysters. Horseradish was fresh. Erin our server was very knowledgeable on the food and the wine. Sablefish was delicious. Scallops with the pork belly was amazing. No complaints. The place has amazing food and service.

My wife had found this restaurant while researching for our anniversary trip to Toronto and thought we should try it. Very easy to get to using public transportation. The place was very busy but the hostess got us seated even though we were walk-ins. The ambience the fun and inviting. Our waitress Reba was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. My wife... More

We went here for a farewell dinner post a conference and were delighted with the service and ambience of the venue. The staff were exceedingly knowledgable when it came to recommending wines and could assist in decision with food choices. Being international visitors we loved the concept of a tasting selection of wines - 3 wines (small glasses) from one... More

Not quite very good. We were there as a large business dinner and they managed to work to a narrow menu which had something for everyone. Food was all good as was wine although service lacked a little attention at times. Great venue and created a good atmosphere for a big group.
