Finally made it here after wanting to go for ages (but wanting to stay out of Hipsterville a.k.a. Ossington location). I've been here twice (at this particular location). We sat at the bar, bartender was friendly. It was a weekday, so we totally scored with the Prix Fix ($15 for a salad, pizza and dessert!). There were basically two options... More

This is my daughter's favourite place to eat, and we come for special occasions. The staff are very enthusiastic and their timing is great. Our waiter recommended an excellent appetizer for my daughter and her friend - fried gnochi, and they loved it. I stuck with the lovely pear and agrula salad. It is so simple, but tastes so fresh!... ...Surely not anyone who has eaten here, The place was packed by 6 PM on a Tuesday night, with a queue forming out the front door. The decor is rather simple, with 3 genuine coal burning ovens at the rear of the open kitchen/pizza prep area. The menu is choc-o-bloc with rustic-style pizzas liberally covered in varied and fresh toppings... More

Some people say that the best pizza in the world comes from..... America/ Canada. And that seams to be true. This it is a real deal. The pizza is baked in 900 degrees wood burning dome oven in less than 90 seconds, fantastic Neapolitan style, what makes you think: Wow ! Master bakers use natural, local ingredients. They create beautiful, thin... More

Having eaten at this restaurant after several recommendations, it really was all that was said about it and more. It took us back to the delicious pizza we had in Italy that had been brick oven baked, with a wonderful crust, savory tomatoes and fabulous flavors. There is a great choice of pizzas, although not the typical ones offered at... More

Our first visit here and at the first read through the menu we were sceptic if we would like it but it turned out AMAZING! The only thing that we would improve is the coke! It was a bit flat. But the service and food (home made sausage pizza) was the best we have ever had in pizza! We can't... More

Do you want delicious pizza, Neapolitan style? Then go to this joint! The service is amazing. The food comes pretty quickly, and it's all made fresh. They serve you a bit of bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to start -which I love! I also love where this restaurant is situated. This neighbourhood is great and it really brings... More

It was with great excitement my friend and i took a sunny day hike along the danforth to try our first lunch at Libretto. After hearing of this pizzeria for many years and knowing of a few locations...we thought it would be the place to satisfy a gourmet pizza and glass of wine on a sunny day. The restaurant is... More

Pizzeria Libretto offers a nice change from the mostly lower-end restaurants along the Danforth. The pizza here is much better than you will get at other nearby places (PIzza Pizza, Pizza Nova, etc.) and includes many specialty toppings. Very authentic Neapolitan pizza!

I've been to Libretto on the Danforth a couple times and have always enjoyed their Neapolitan-style pizza. I dined in for dinner with my friend (his first time) and was warmly welcomed by the hostess who brought us to the table. Food- You can't go wrong with pizza here, that is their speciality. I have tried all the pizza except... More
