Fantastic Sushi - Slow Service

When it comes to sushi quality, we like ND Sushi as the prices are very reasonable for 'buy by piece' sushi. If you go during a busy time expect to wait a good amount of time, if you order takeout during a busy time, also expect to wait a while. But - good things come to those who wait I... read more

We love sushi, know what we like and these guys are just damn good. Very unpretentious but excellent service, wonderful selection, fresh preparation and great value for money. The go to place in Baldwin St for ours if fresh, light, tasty is what you're looking for.

I can say this, because I eat a lot of sushi. Very friendly, helpful service. Lovely front patio. The menu is fairly short but features the old stand bys plus a large variety of maki rolls. The salad, served in an oversized bowl is fresh with a wonderful house made dressing. Miso soup, piping hot is a cut above the... More

This is a top notch place for sushi. We had a bunch of different sushi, sashimi, and rolls and they were all exceptional. The service, although clearly operating close to its limits of capacity when we were there, was courteous, friendly, and prompt throughout the evening. The atmosphere is convivial, cozy, and friendly. A very nice place to spend an... More

ND never disappoints. I've been several times and the sushi hands down the best sushi I have ever had at really excellent prices. I can't go back to eating all-you-can-eat sushi; the quality cannot compare.

The only sushi restaurant I always want to go back to. Cannot go back to AYCE after trying this place. Has the best mackerel sushi ive ever tasted.. The cooked dishes are all top notch as well. The Chriashi has a wide range of cuts from different fresh fish and is the highest of quality that I've ever had. If... More

I frequently eat at ND Sushi and it never disappoints - the service is always great, the servers are friendly, the food is excellent and I would highly recommend this Japanese restaurant - it's my go-to place for Japanese.

The quality of the food is excellent. I loved my udon, and my fellow diners really enjoyed their sushi and sashimi selections. One person in our party ordered the grilled eel, which seemed well prepared but didn't really stand out. We picked this place for a birthday celebration, over Yuzu No Hana in the entertainment district, and I wasn't sure... More

This tiny restaurant on Baldwin Street offers some excellent sushi and sashimi. Grilled Mackerel was great. The miso soup was just right - not too salty. Service was attentive. Please note that the restaurant only accepts Debit or Cash (NO credit cards).

Let's not get ahead of ourselves - I never got to dine here, and I'm giving only 2 stars.. Here's my reason: at 5:30pm on a Saturday night when there's only one table in sight and you, first, hesitate to seat me (I don't understand why you couldn't just outright say that you're full tonight and tell me to make...
