Looks like Bruda is done. They have been closed for over 3 weeks now and the tables are scattered and there are boxes on the floor. Too bad because they tried really hard and they were getting great reviews. I live on the next block and for whatever reason, that building never seems to work for anything. So many have... More

This is a fabulous little restaurant where the food and service are so far above most of the other spots in Little Italy. Victor and Neil put so much love and care into their food and service that you want them to become the hottest place in the neighborhood. But then, you always want to make sure you get a... More

My boyfriend and I come here all the time!! We live not too far away and always walked by and one day we went in, im sooooo happy we did!! The food is fantastic! I am a very picky eater and this is the only place where I eat everything off my plate! The appetizers are very tasty, I especially... More

Lovely ambience (lighting and decor) and a friendly welcome when we came in made us feel very comfortable. The wine list and menu are short and simple (Good!) yet offered a nice array of choices. Staff are very knowledgeable about wine - definitely ask them for a recommendation! For appetizers, I had the duck rillette and my husband had the... More

We tried out Bruda after reading about it in Trip Advisor. Both my husband and I loved our meals and the atmosphere and the service. The gnocchi was the best I've ever tasted (and I've been to Italy). And the prices were really affordable. It's a nice, friendly relaxed place with the owners on hand--fairly casual but the food was... More

I eyed this place for a year ( located close to the clinic for wife ) and finally got a chance to sample it with wife. We are glad we did. Had a quick lunch: soup, salad, and their delishhh burger, with their house-made bread.Super Yummm!!! Wife is usually very picky but she finished her burger on her own, which... More

BruDa is one of the many food reasons why, in my opinion, Toronto (along with Vancouver) has the best restaurant scene of any city in the world, bar none. I dropped into BruDa, on a whim, for lunch after spending a hot and sticky 30 minutes queuing in the nearby Service Ontario office to renew my license plate sticker. The... More

We had a wonderful meal at Bruda. The food was flavourful and delicious. I recommend these appetizers - the seared scallops or the butter lettuce salad or the mushroom bisque. I loved the lamb entree. My dinner mates enjoyed the gnocchi, pork tenderloin and chicken. The atmosphere lent to a very pleasant and relaxed experience.

I've been to this restaurant on the College St. strip a few times and will continue to go back. The space is simple and unpretentious, anchored by an open kitchen. The staff are warm yet professional. There's a small but thoughtful wine list, both by the bottle and glass, with prices that aren't exorbitant. Most importantly, the food is really... More
