Join us in Olio for an exciting journey around one of the world's most diverse and bountiful regions. Here at Olio we believe the key to the great cuisine of the Mediterranean lies in its simplicity, we use this philosophy as an inspiration for all our dishes: seasonal, local ingredients prepared in a style that will bring out their natural flavours. Organic produce and meats, as well as fish from sustainable fisheries and environmentally sound aquaculture farms, have been chosen to complement this philosophy. So let us interpret for you the foods of Italy, Spain, Greece and Morocco.

Romantic dinner at Olio

My boyfriend and I decided on a evening staycation and decided on the Sheraton as we simply wanted an evening to relax. We headed down to Olio for dinner. I have a few food intolerances so usually eating at a restaurant becomes a hassle. We were seated right away and the waitress was prompt to... read more

We had breakfast at this restaurant and it was OK. The food selection was average, omlete and bacon were just warm. For a one time breakfast the restaurant was OK.

The food was outstanding. I had the risotto and my friend had the grilled cheese. We both enjoyed the food very much. The service was great. The waiter knew when to come around and when to leave us alone. I would recommend it very highly.

The food was good but I thought it was little overpriced. Had pickerel fillet, 8oz sirloin, half chicken, ravioli. The food was cooked well and seasoned well. The fish was to fishy. The chicken was nice and juicy. The veggied was cooked well. The steak I would much rather have at the Keg. For the price I would go to... More

On a recent layover at Pearson we decided to go to Olio and am I ever glad we did. At first I was a bit skeptical because it is a hotel restaurant which we normally avoid but Olio was certainly an exception. The food was great and the service was excellent. Nice mix of dishes, great wine selection and comfortable... More

Local, organic, ripe and extremely fresh food was served with grace and charm. The atmosphere was excellent. The salad included micro greens and sprouts. The frittata was extremely tasty.

Aromas of good cooking greeted us as we entered the restaurant. We were offered our choice of tables - we chose window. We ordered 9 oz. glasses of wine (we weren't driving!). Split the crab cakes appetizer - each cake was 5

Olio was excellent. Our server was pretty prompt and professional. The decor is very eye catching, live music, very peaceful and relaxing. The food portions were perfect, and price points were a little higher but you get what you paid for. Delicious.

I rated this restaurant as excellent since the food was superb and the service was excellent. The price was expensive though. I liked the atmosphere and the staff made sure we were happy with everything. I might hesitate about returning just because of the price.

The restaurant is located inside the Sheraton hotel near Toronto Airport. I like the ambiance of the restaurant. The decors are nice and for me looks hip. We ordered steak and fresh oysters. I love the food.
