Upscale casual, downtown Toronto. The first JOEY to hit the streets of downtown Toronto. Located just off Yonge on Dundas, this place is a work of art - exposed brick walls, open-air dining, crazy custom lighting and the Enomatic wine system. We could go on, but you should come and see it for yourself.

Nice party, good food

We enjoyed a colleague's retirement dinner in one of the private rooms downstairs. Lovely set up for the dinner, meals of all kinds enjoyed from salmon to tuna tartare to chicken to short ribs - elegant and attentive service despite the 20+ group. I'd go again to sit in the street level restaurant that looked lovely.

We had been visiting my son who lives in Toronto and visited the above restaurant. The staff were friendly especially Kelly our waitress and the manageress and considerate. The food was fabulous and would recommend eating here, lovely atmosphere and the food very good. We were disappointed we couldn't get a table booked again during our holiday but will go... More

I have been at Joey's on business in the past, now a first with the family (2 young boys 9 &8). The table was well located, and service very prompt. They suggested alcohol free cocktails for the boys while my wife and we're winding down with their delicious house sangria. The meal was delicious, service very courteous. Really a great... More

We stopped into Joey's Eaton Centre for lunch while we were in Toronto; my son suggested this place and it was a great choice. The California Club sandwich, Beach Salad, and Tuna Club were all very good choices. Service was excellent and the wait time for the meal to be served was adequate. Prices are average for this part of... More

The place is perfect for lunch, dinner and meetings with friends. Excellent food and drinks options. Perfect steak:) Maybe a little more pricey than in other similar places but totally worth it!:) I would definitely recommend this place!

Every time I'm here it's a special occasion with a fun group, and Joey is a great time. There are interesting and inventive choices on the menu, and what is ordered by all is tasty and fresh. There is a good choice of beer and the servers are as happy as the food. As a guy, I have found the... More

-I have never come across such chaos amongst service staff. -my food came with hair in and ended up being sent back to the kitchen. -it was very noisy and difficult to have yourself heard when dinning with business guests. -The menu was very limited and offered little in the way options for vegetarians. -we waited so long to be... I had researched some restaurants in the Yonge St, area, planning to visit Eaton Centre, which we hadn't seen in many years. The Centre was a bit disappointing - nothing like I remembered - but we stumbled onto Joey, and decided to eat there. We waited about 15 minutes around 7:15 or so on a Thursday night. The place was... More

Great food and beautiful restaurant . I went two times while I was in Toronto. Went late at night(10ish) still a 40 min wait so sat at the bar instead. Service was good, even though it was very busy. What was the most disappointing is that I went in another time while it was really quiet, sat at the bar... More

My husband and I stopped in at Joey for an early dinner after attending a performance of "Once" around the corner at the Ed Mirvish Theatre. Joey is a very nice looking restaurant with friendly service and a great menu selection. My ravioli dish was just beautiful looking as well as tasty. The huge wedge of garlic bread seemed a... More
