Upscale casual, downtown Toronto. The first JOEY to hit the streets of downtown Toronto. Located just off Yonge on Dundas, this place is a work of art - exposed brick walls, open-air dining, crazy custom lighting and the Enomatic wine system. We could go on, but you should come and see it for yourself.

Top notch in every way...

I had researched some restaurants in the Yonge St, area, planning to visit Eaton Centre, which we hadn't seen in many years. The Centre was a bit disappointing - nothing like I remembered - but we stumbled onto Joey, and decided to eat there. We waited about 15 minutes around 7:15 or so on a... read more

-I have never come across such chaos amongst service staff. -my food came with hair in and ended up being sent back to the kitchen. -it was very noisy and difficult to have yourself heard when dinning with business guests. -The menu was very limited and offered little in the way options for vegetarians. -we waited so long to be... Great food and beautiful restaurant . I went two times while I was in Toronto. Went late at night(10ish) still a 40 min wait so sat at the bar instead. Service was good, even though it was very busy. What was the most disappointing is that I went in another time while it was really quiet, sat at the bar... More

My husband and I stopped in at Joey for an early dinner after attending a performance of "Once" around the corner at the Ed Mirvish Theatre. Joey is a very nice looking restaurant with friendly service and a great menu selection. My ravioli dish was just beautiful looking as well as tasty. The huge wedge of garlic bread seemed a... More

We happened upon this restaurant soon after arriving in the city. Service was consistently friendly and attentive. Food was very good. Upscale vibe yet down to earth. We were dressed casually and for the weather (below freezing) and did not feel self-conscious among the business / professional customers, and did not feel judged by staff, as can happen. Would definitely... More

Visited Joeys this past weekend, the food was very nice, good variety and the wait staff was very helpful and attentive. Certainly not overpriced for downtown which was a surprise as some can over charge just because of location, would not hesitate returning.

My first visit to Joeys. Food was excellent for the value, great atmosphere, good music (not too loud)... We had a very charming server named Caleigh.... I will definitely come back. My ONLY advise would be to keep mens washroom cleaner more often. It was a bit messy and wet.

My friend and I just wanted to get something light to eat before going to see a movie and decided to try this place. The food was good and the staff was friendly. This was the first time I had lobster grilled cheese, and it was great. I'm not too much of a lobster fan, don't think it's worth all... More

My husband and I had lunch at Joey's before a matinee at Ed Mirvish Theatre and we were glad we stopped. I am happy to recommend this restaurant to others. Being a weekend at lunch the restaurant was not overly busy. They have daily drink specials, even on the weekend. While there is a sports bar feel in the middle... More

What can I say, brilliant food at a good price, the ravioli was amazing! Nice selection of cocktails and wines. waiters and waitresses really friendly and helpful. Visited twice whilst on our honey moon and would go again if we could. Loved it!
