Super impressed, awesome food, very authentic

Pasta was hand made to order and totally awesome, I had the ragu, almost ordered a second one... The plate of cured meat and cheese is all made in house, almost no restaurant does this still to this day... Wine was reasonably priced and they can make a great negroni... I'd recommend this place... read more

Excellent place for a night our with friends or love love. Always very tasty fresh real Italian food - loved the asparagus and the desserts. The service is very present. smiling and professional - .. a bit like everywhere in Canada ... and the wine menu a large and pleasant journey mainly though Italian ones.

The atmosphere is mediocre but the lighting is soft and the bar tender Peter is the bomb. Nice selection of wine to accompany the delectable cheese and meat plate. You simply must order the arrabiatta. Sometimes simple is best and this humble meal packs a flavour punch. I've had it twice and it hasn't fallen short.

One of the best pastas I've had. We ordered the following pastas to share and all of them were as good to the last string of pasta. Price was reasonable and good service as well. Portions could be a little more generous Bucatini all’Amatriciana - slightly spicy. This simple dish is a must try. Smoked Spaghetti, - first time having... More

Nice atmosphere but the food was average. I have been to Italy lots of times and personally it did not seem to reflect Italian cuisine. Very popular and the staff were friendly. My son, who has not been to Italy really liked this restaurant.

This is the place to go when you are craving Italian comfort food. I get the cacio e pepe pretty much every time I go, and it's worth the trip out just for that.

What a wonderful time we had at Enoteca Sociale the other night. Everything from the service to the comfortable atmosphere was really great not to mention the delicious food. To top it off the bill at the end of our meal was under $100 for the 2 of us. We both had 2 cocktails each, an appetizer each as well... More

We stumbled across this gem and would go back in a heartbeat! The sour dough bread was freshly baked in store and as an appetizer we had the (highly recommended) Pecorino Sausage grilled radicio and salsa, which melted in our mouth. Our main course was a homemade rigatoni with braised rabbit and pine nuts that wowed our palates, followed by... More

Was looking for a place to grab a late meal with our friends on a Saturday night. No reservations, little bit of a wait but the staff and the food was great. Staff great personalities, really inviting, you don't always get that in Toronto. The food was real good, beyond my expectations, the pastas were delicious, fresh, made in hide.... More
