Delicious and pleasantly surprising. It exceeded our expectations:) it has a homestyle feel and you must try the hachepouri. For those who don't know, Aragvi is a river in Georgia. Спасибо от алмаатинцев.

Have had the joy of tasting great food there three times already. Small and quaint yet this family owned and operated restaurant offers exquisitely tasting Georgian cuisine. Lovely owner Laura is a gem of an hostess and can converse intelligently on many different topics. Daughter Brianna always knew what best to suggest whether appetizer or entrées explaining ingredient combination and...

I am not in Toronto as often these days, but when i am in the city Aragvi is a definite stop for me. Family owned, not fancy, just simple place, with great service and amazing food. It is like eating at a good friends house, who happens to be a gourmet chef.
Speaking with owners i discovered everything is original...

Well, I am glad to see this restaurant is not in top ten anymore. Trusting the reviews from TA, we went there for a special dinner on our anniversary. We did not like the food, the owner was SOOOO rude to us and we paid like $50+ for a dinner we did NOT enjoy... AT ALL. Seriously, save your money...

Dear KittycatfromtTO,
It is unfortunate that you did not have a good time at our restaurant. We aim to be warm and friendly to all of our clients and are disturbed to hear that you perceived any kind of rudeness from any of our staff. We also strive for all of our clients to be completely satisfied; if you were...

Was here this weekend for my birthday party; was looking forward to it because of all the reviews I've read on here. Service was really friendly and I really loved the food. Prices were good. I'm from Israel and never tried Georgian food until now. My buddies were happy and one of em said he's having his bday here next...

We went there expecting at least good food, since we leave in a area and knew that it is a very small restaurant.
There were only 6 tables and the place were half full around 3 pm on Saturday. Service was really bad. We had to wait for everything for a really long time. For instance, the salad (as appetizer)...

I went with my other half and we loved it. It's not a fine dining place made of gold, but it's a nice restaurant with really good food! I think it's the only Georgian restaurant in Toronto, sad as Georgian cuisine is very good(Russian is also very good)
Dear GsxR
Thank you very much for your review. We are glad you had a good time!
hope to see you again soon :)

This is a small, cosy place with a great atmosphere. The food is delicious and prepared from scratch. Choices are different from anything we have had before. We had the egg bread and cheese bread as well as the appetizer platter for starters. Then we ordered a variety of mains all of which were well prepared and so tasty. The...

I had been waiting for a Georgian food restaurant to open in Toronto for a while. Finally made the trek tonight for a sampling, encouraged by reviews I had read on TripAdvisor and The Grid. It's a small place, and the two of us were lucky to find the last available table--we took a chance it being a Saturday night,...
