This place used to be amazing. I really don't know what happened. Came here before the dinner rush so we could be early for a concert at the ACC.. There were very few occupied tables on the patio and it still took our confused server 10 mins to even acknowledge and greet us. Beer is good, food ok. I ordered... More

Average menu, nothing special. Feels like a large chain restaurant/pub. Decent beer selection. Great service though.

Service was very slow and it wasn't even busy at the restaurant. We were on the outside patio which was nice. There is a MASSIVE selection of beers but when we tried to order them, they were out of two of them or not serving them anymore (ie out of 4 of us, two of our drink selections were unavaliable).... My girlfriends and I went here one Saturday night for a later dinner before going out. I had a chicken salad and the chicken was cold, salad wasn't that great either. My friend had a hamburger and seemed to enjoy it. My other friend asked for a full sized poutine and was surprised to find out how small it was!... More

Food was excellent. Unfortunately it took a very long time to arrive. We had a group of 15 so you may want to try some place else if your in a rush. otherwise you wait.. but the food was excellent. Everyone's dish was clean... we ate everything. They gave us some complimentary fries for a couple of small hiccups on... More

Chicken wings, Chicken ABT sandwich and some craft beers. Later in the evening live band playing cover music. It was a nice night out.

First fine Saturday evening in April. Patio weather. Place was packed. Great selection of bottled & on tap beer.8 oz steak( boot leather) & frites ( out of the bag frozen type, not cooked until crisp) $32. Duck legs drowned in seasoning ( mostly salt) can't taste the duck. Generally poor value for dollars spent. Would not go back.

I love this place for the different beers available. But this is the third time I have come to this location, to met with a young snotty hostess, non-attentive wait staff and Bartender. We moved from our table, just to get service, yet we were right beside the bar. Two bartenders working, yet no one came by. It wasn't that... More

I came here with a couple lady friends for a late brunch. I had the Chicken ABT and my friends both had the Grilled cheese. Everything was great especial the fries!

Staying in Downtown West

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
