Good experience, small portion

We went early and got a seat and there was a queue when we left. Only one waitress for such a busy time but she was very nice, patient and smiling despite obviously quite hard pressed. We had the Reuben sandwich, beef brisket and leaning towers. I wanted to try Jewish food and this comes out on my... read more

This deli in Terminal Three served us well on two recent stopovers. Friendly, cheerful staff who can move quickly to have a full breakfast on the table or a late supper in front of you before the next leg of your trip. Limited menu with a deli feel (e.g., smoked meat, bagels and lox) but room to accommodate other tastes... More

The only reason I am giving it a two star is because the food was good. I went to the counter and ordered a plain chicken sandwich. I was asked to wait by the counter. No instructions nothing, here's your number now wait. I wondered why I was not asked to sit down at the many tables open with others... More

At least Pearson is making some changes away from regular fast food fare to make the 3 hour wait to take off more agreeable. Had the Meatloaf sandwich which was very moist, almost to the point of being too moist. Found it to be very tasty and the red pepper was a nice flavor addition. M/B had the all day... More

This is the second time that I've eaten here. The first time (a few years back), I enjoyed their smoked meat sandwich and I even bought a few pounds of it to bring home. On the second visit, I was planning on doing the same, but I found the sandwich dry. We order medium fat, but either it was lean... More

Was very excited to be able to get some actual food in the airport, not just some snacks, especially when I had a long day of travelling. You know you've made it to the east coast when you can get some properly done Jewish food from a good deli. I ordered the brisket burger with latkes. The latkes were a... More

After seeing caplansky's deli on Dragons Den (a Canadian TV show similar to USA's shark tank), I was excited to find out there was a caplansky's deli location in Terminal 3 in Toronto as I fly through there often. When I visited they were out of knishes- which surprised me at it was Sunday around 645pm, so I ordered a... More

Nice concept of a Deli. Love my liver with onions. My friends order some kind of sandwiches. Some of the best deli food I ever had. Nice location, fun funky music and friendly environment

I ordered the smoked turkey sandwich and it appears to come in a frozen pre portioned bag, put in some hot water to quickly defrost and put on the bread with lettuce and tomato. This isn't what I was expecting from a place that has such a great reputation. The turkey was dry and pretty comparable to cheap deli turkey... More
