Decent but that is about it

I enjoyed lunch here but the food was secondary to the company. I would describe it all as average as I have no major complaints or compliments.

Had lunch here before heading to the airport. Service was quick and accommodating. I had grilled chicken on salad which was tasty.

After a long day of driving to Toronto, our evening ended wonderfully thanks to an amazing and personable waitress and delicious food! Recommend this location as well as the perogie poutine!

We were in the neighbourhood looking for somewhere to eat following a Blue Jays game. Ate in the upstairs bar area and had a friendly server named Heather. Enjoyed delicious steak cooked perfectly and loved the loaded mashed potatoes. Free wifi was a plus. Highly recommended!

I thought the place was a bit loud with the music however my nephew his wife and little boy (who is very sick) enjoyed our dinner very much. The appetizer (chicken dippers) and main course was basic however very tasty and the ladies enjoyed a nice dessert as well.

We were a group of 2 couples, and the other couple are picky eaters. I chose this place based on online menu and location. Well, everyone was more than satisfied with our meal. I am from out of province but wish I could eat here every week. And our server, Liana, was fantastic. She was sweet, efficient and didn't miss... More

Not new cuisine... not the highest expectations .... A nice terrace that on a nice day you can enjoy a few cold ones with "snacks" or basic plates .... Well it delivers on every point (weather helping) We spent close to 2 hours enjoying the area. It delivers on all points !!! A sure repeat.

After a day at ballgame and a pre dinner swim at the Yorkville 4 Seasons Hotel we were all hungry at 8:00 pm. Thank heavens for Jack's. It was only a quiet block away. The 5 children lined up sweetly on the red circle booth and enjoyed the kids menu: pasta and pizza. The rest of us had salads and... More

everybody goes there for happy hours of before a hockey or baseball game. Is always busy, sometimes hard to find a table, but the service is good, and fast.

Staying in Downtown West

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
