My wife and I shared a regular traditional poutine ($6.99). Although not as good as Montreal hotspots, like la Banquise, it is probably still the best I've had in Toronto. The fresh cut fries were good, however the cheese curds were not melted enough to get that stringy cheese that people love about poutine. The very thick gravy does not... More

A small, nicely decorated bar-like place withe a few tables. They serve a wide range of delicious poutine - there are also several size options to choose from. I would definitely visit again:)

What a great place! Efficient, friendly service and an excellent product. I only got the traditional poutine, but the menu variations (add bacon, pulled pork, etc.) were quite tempting. Next time I will have to try these! One criticism: Given the cost of the individual ingredients (fries, gravy, curds), I wasn't exceptionally impressed with the price ($4.99 for a small... More

My first experience with poutine was fabulous. The service was quick and friendly. The potatoes were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right - and the gravy was excellent!

During the annual bi-weekly food crawl we tried The Works Poutine, it was great - poutine + sour cream + bacon and chives, you really cant go wrong. Enjoy

I've eaten poutine before and lived in Quebec, actually a part of my family from Quebec. To be honest the place is cool, cashier and cook were probably university students. Which was not a problem, they seem to be listening to HipHop very loud. The poutine I ate was not fresh at all, fries were old, the sauce decent but... More

Our first time trying Poutine. Food was tasty...had the traditional & the bacon. They have mammoth servings as the "regular". We ordered 3 regulars for 5 people and it was plenty! Also only 2-3 seats in the whole place, so be prepared to stand...and bring cash or use the cash machine on site.

First time here was in the middle of the afternoon and there was no other customer. The place had raunchy music cranked up SO loud you could not communicate with the cashier. "WHAT DID YOU SAY?" --"WHAT?! And they refused to turn the music lower while we ate on their uncomfortable seats. "It's our image." Second time there they closed... More
