Best poutine in Toronto

This was our first time trying poutine and we did enough research ahead of time to know that this was the place to go. The neighborhood is trendy and cool to check out. The poutine is served in huge portions, thick, beefy gravy, really fresh cheese. Perfect for a first time poutine eater. The only... read more

This is the first time we've tried poutine so I can't say how it compares to others. That being said, I found the dish to be very tasty. The restaurant has tall tables without chairs and does not have washroom facilities available.

Tried the layered poutine and love the idea of extra cheese. But the gravy was a little disappointing. Maybe Im used to a more salty flavor, so Poutini's gravy was a little bit too light. The fries was great and of course the cheese was generous. Hope I will have the chance to try their other flavors soon!

Poutine. Not as many varieties as Smoke, but good stuff with what they have. Hits the spot when you need that poutine fix.

My second introduction to Poutin and oh my word how wonderful it was. They even do vegetarian Poutin. Tastes great, no frills and the area is great for shopping.

A few years ago this place was amazing. Went there again in December and were pretty disappointed. Had a regular and a veggie poutine and they were both just kind of bland. There wasn't really anything bad about them but nothing good either. Would not come back again.

I've eaten at this place for about two years and its still the best in Toronto. They use fresh, high end ingredients and make everything from scratch. The staff are REALLY FRIENDLY even though they look like they usually have a very unique sense of style. In other words, don't judge them by their clothes or appearance because they are... More

It took me an hour to get to Poutini's on the streetcar and I was still there about three times a week. It was worth it. Great gravy with lots of spices. The poutine is stuffed full of cheese as well.

Best Poutines place in Toronto. Wide variety and all Poutines can be gluten free - not very common. Good hours - open to midnight most nights and seemed to be popular with locals. Not convenient to downtown but reasonably close to Little Italy.

OK, I'm not Canadian and I've not eaten a whole lot of poutine, but I don't see anyone beating this! I went for the traditional poutine, and was impressed how the fries were cooked fresh before my eyes from wholesome potatoes with the skin one. Curd cheese was crammed over them, and a lovely rich spicy gravy poured over it.... More
