Came here with my boyfriend for brunch on a Sunday. We arrived around 10:30 to find out drinks legally cannot be served in Canada before 11 A.M. .. so we waited a half hour before ordering a caeser and the ultimate hangover drink - both were very good! Food was decent and an overall pleasant experience.

Best lunch/brunch place in the St.Lawrence market! Great staff, & you can't go wrong with $5 Caesars & Mimosas! Highly recommended!

Everytime we stay downtown, my wife and I make a point of having breakfast at Hank's. The food is "home style" and buch better than any chain restaurant's. Be prepared to wait to be seated if you go mid-morning and haven't made a reservation.

Hank's was exceptional in every way possible. Hungry as hell for breakfast, Hank's poutine portion was great and filling. The coffee was delicious and well-made. Fair warning the pancakes are triple the size of what one expects in the U.S. so make sure to go here with a big appetite as the portions aren't for amateurs. Wish places in the... More

We were a group of 4 including a vegan and found this on a list of vegan friendly breakfast restaurants. Not quite! The waiter was having trouble thinking of anything that a vegan could eat apart from a bowl of fruit which our vegan did in fact end up ordering. The food was very good but the place was busy... Great options for brunch / breakfast, excellent service. Place is packed on the weekend closer to noon, so make sure you get there a little earlier :-)

We only had an hour for lunch and heard Hank's would be a good choice. We arrived to a friendly greeting and allowed to choose any table. We were promptly served. My sister and I both ordered the granny smith apple/cheddar pannini. One of us got the side of greens and the other ordered the yukon potatos. That proved to... More

We had brunch at Hank's on a sunday morning and we did not have any expectations, as we found this place on Yelp and the reviews did not seem that exceptional, but were still good. The restaurant is located very centrally but on a quiet(-er) street and the decor is simple and modern. There was a small line-up and the... More

i was staying at the nearby Novotel on business for 4 nights and discovered this place on a wander I had on my first day. I try to avoid chains tho, travelling alone, I often end up in them. Was initially drawn to this place by the rainbow sticker in the window! Ended up eating there twice for lunch and... More

This restaurant is located one block from the St. Lawrence Market. Very clean with a casual atmosphere & contemporary decor. The breakfast menu was extensive; something for everyone. Service was friendly. My sister had the basic breakfast with eggs, home fries, toast & bacon. She commented that the bread seemed homemade, the jam was homemade, & the bacon was perfectly... More
