Lady Marmalade opened its second location in Hogtown over four years ago (their first resto opened in Victoria, BC in 2005). And I’m happy to say they’ve stayed the course. Lady Marmalade prides itself on serving up beautiful breakfasts and lovely lunches seven days a week. The continuous four-deep lineups along its Queen Street location — that wraps around the... More

I had brunch at Lady Marmalade because it got rave reviews and my friends who have eaten there say it's delicious. I went on a Tuesday at noon and there was a long line up. I waited for about 30 mins but I've seen this place on the weekend so I am well aware you can wait much longer. There... More

As the title says, the spinach salad was awesome with mango, red onion and walnuts. Also had coconut pumpkin soup without dairy, excellent as well.

There is always a lineup of locals waiting to get into this hip East beaches spot. The jumpin’ beats subdue the hungry waiting in line for a table with love – hey it’s not that long so RELAX. I’m not a “brunch” person but in this neck-of-the-woods, I’ve heard it’s the place to go.Mango lassie soothes the angriest of men(and... More

I've been to Lady Marmalade's twice. It's a small restaurant and there is often a line, but it's worth it. They have an extensive choice of breakfast options and the 2 I've tried we're absolutely delicious. What's also great is that they offer vegetarian options for most of their breakfasts. Well worth the wait. I'll definitely go back!

Went here for lunch on a Monday afternoon and it was super busy. The wait wasn't too bad, but once we were seated and ordered food it took over an hour to get our food. I got the salmon sandwich and it was really good, it made up for the long wait. Other than the service being slow, it was... More

Googled "best eggs Benedict in Toronto" and this was the top hit. Fantastic and interesting menu for breakfast/brunch. Cash-only. often a line. fun eclectic decor. Care applied to the food. Eggs bennies are interesting. Lots of other choices too.

What you see is what you get. Nothing matches, but hey, it doesn't matter as the food, which is what we came for, was delicious and the service was good. It was a busy lunchtime and we had to wait ten minutes for a table, but we were in no rush. Waitress was courteous and advised how many people had... More

Heard so many great things about Lady Marmalade and our visit lived up to the expectations. Although we didn't have the brunch that many friends told us about, we had a wonderful entree. We both had a dish with black beans, seasoned rice, pulled pork with a yogurt dressing drizzled on top. The dish was seasoned exceptionally well. The restaurant... More

Fabulous lunch - hard to choose what to have as there are so many great choices! Nothing fancy about this place, (yes, un-matching chairs etc per previous review - but that was part of the charm I felt). Very casual, relaxed and great food - exactly what we were looking for.
