Great tasting

I've been here a few times and the burritos are great. The large size are a big meal and juicy. Popular place so there's a bit of a wait, but made to order is well worth it.

Downtown Toronto can be a bit expensive. Burrito Boyz provides welcome relief. Handy to theatres and nightclubs. Been going for years and never disappointed.

Every time I go here I take away with me some of the best and memorable meals to eat at home while watching my favourite movies. I am kinda vegetarian so I order veggie burritos and quesadillas. I can never have enough of them. It's so good, so perfect and so delicious. Too bad not the same can be said... More

After a friend's big recommendation, decided to stop by to see what the hype was. I would say there wasn't much special about Burrito Boys though. Service was a bit disorganized. Food was decent. There probably won't be anything in particular that'll bring me back though. It was good for one visit.

I always order the halibut burrito here. It is stuffed to the gills and then it is crisped up on their flat range and it is just delicious. A small burrito goes a long way, so think twice before ordering the big sized one.

Burrito Boyz may have a new location on Adelaide (just a couple doors down from the old location) with a nicer interior and more seating but it's the same great place. My favourite is a small chicken burrito. Way better than mucho burrito.

I've never really heard of this place until a co-worker went out to grab us some lunch. I ordered a 6 ounce steak burrito with everything on it (beans, rice, lettuce, cilantro, Guacamole, sour cream, salsa etc) there were more fresh toppings but I really can't remember the rest. My very first impression when I first held it still in... More

Meant to review Burrito Boyz sooner, but never really got around to it now. I come here for lunch often during work hours, and while the wait can be a bit ridiculous sometimes, it's usually worth it. Now, Burrito Boyz' offerings aren't what I'd call truly authentic Mexican in terms of it's flavors, but does that mean they're bad? No,... More

Staying in Downtown West

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
