Great Selection

I brought family here from the States so they could try poutine. Luckily it was empty so there was plenty of room for the nine of us. Great selection of different poutine said and great taste.

If in Canada you must try the poutine and this is a great place to do so. It is very close to the Roy Thompson Hall so we went after a concert one evening. (5 min walk) otherwise it's easy to get a street car from anywhere in the city. They are open long hours and do a variety of... More

Out of all of the poutine I've tried, Smoke's is my favorite. The regular size is filling, worth the price, and every bite is just as good as the last. The cheese curds are actually curds as opposed to melted cheesy-crap, like I've seen at so many places. They have a lot of variety, and even some more exotic dishes... More

Had the bacon pouting. Was great. Nice little place, where you have a nice selection of poutine to order from! Friend I was with had never had before and hotel staff recommended this place to get it!

I ordered the traditional and it was just okay. The curds were good but there was way too much gravy and the fries really didn't seem cooked enough. I don't feel I need to return here.

Having friends in Canada, I was introduced early and often to this staple! So we were super excited to try out this place. It's tiny, mostly high top/bar like seating. There were 2 or 3 small tables as well. The menu is awesome, lots of different things to choose from. I had the Philly Steak, my husband had chili cheese.... More

This were my first place where i ate when, after arriving to Toronto. I went here because of recommendations here and one guy from Toronto also recommended it. It wasn't dissapointment. It's kinda fast food restaurant but the atmosphere is still cozy and more like a real restaurant. Poutine were great ! Meal size is almost more than enough for... More

Although the fries were not as crispy as I would have liked, the pulled pork poutine was really good. The gravy, cheese curds and pulled pork combined very well together.

This is my first time to try poutine, thus find the smokes which is a bit famous. I chose the traditional one at first because I want to taste the original flavor. The chips are very good and delicious but the Quebec cheese curds were not savory and especially the gravy was so disappointing... I am pretty sure that the... More

This restaurant was really good. I had the veggie nacho, and it was such a strange combination having the cheese, gravy, jalapeno, and tomato. Portions are generous. I didn't finish the whole thing. There were sooo many cheese curds. We came on a Friday at lunch around 12:30, and there was a bit of a line. Fries get a bit... More
