Nice large open space. Very good food.

Though my lobster pasta wasn't as tasty as I had hoped for, everyone else's dishes were very good. Excellent service, and by all accounts consistently good.

We went in later in the afternoon as we arrived in Toronto just after lunch. Walked in and we were told lunch service was over but, come in anyway! Wow. We were escorted to a window table. Our server was friendly and very professional, excellent service! The food was great. Between the four of us we ordered a wide variety... More

My sister and my nephew took me out for dinner to Nota Bene where we had the most amazing dinner.  My sister and I both love Hendricks gin and this restaurant prides itself on having one of the best selections of gin in town as well as a good selection of Fever Tree tonics.  After we had ordered our respective... This restaurant serve some seriously amazing food, arguably one the best non-tasting menu I've have in a long time. There's a distinct fusion of flavor in the dish make it very refreshing, beautifully present and most importantly so delicious. I had the Salmon Tataki for starter, which were presented beautifully with used of vibrant colour of edible flower, salmon were... More

This restaurant definitively lived up to its stellar reputation, with excellent and accommodating wait staff, and food ranking at or near the top in Toronto. Apparently the executive chef is at the top of his game, and we could not take issue with this assessment. Next visit to Toronto we will return.

There were four of us on a Friday night. After a pint of Stella I started with the crisp duck salad. We held off on the bottle Australian red called Earthworks until it was time to order our mains. I went for the Cavatelli Pugliese, a truffle-scented, mushroom pasta. For dessert it was sticky toffee pudding with spotted dick ice... More

This is a very special place in the heart of Toronto, and really stands out for the quality of the food and service. Chef Lee produces interesting and superbly prepared dishes. Try the sticky toffee pudding for dessert!

Last year, we went to Nota Bene for Summerlicious and it was by far the best participating restaurant that we visited. So, it was the first one we booked this year and we were not disappointed. Again, the selections were right off of their regular menu, not some cheap special offerings like many of the restaurants do. I had the... More

My date and I were extremely disappointed with the attitude and service we got our from our server. I was asking if they had any mocktails, and the server says "I don't know, because I pair wine with my food". If you work at the restaurant, you should know your drink list. Some people don't drink because they could have... More
