Service was meh, tables were mostly dirty. I had a small bowl of wonton soup. The wontons were good, the broth was ok, the bok choi looked like it could have been washed a little more. Then, the "cold rolls" came out. In brief, it is mixed greens with vermicelli noodles wrapped in a dry wonton wrapper and served with... More

The menu was in Chinese with English subtitles. The employees turned out hundreds, if not thousands of noodles daily. We ordered a variety of food, and were told that the pork wontons were the best, and they were. We also ordered soup... This was way too much food. We did not have a fridge in our room, but were able... More

Okay ... the food is very cheap, and caters to the student population. That being said - the orders were wrong, the waitress argued with us when we brought this to her attention. I can only wonder how my partner's meal morphed from beef and rice to a bowl of sloppy noodles with boiled beef on it ... YUK!!!! It... More

Noodle bowl is an unlicensed little hole in the wall where Henry St. meets Baldwin St. They serve fancy ramen dishes (or, at least, as fancy as you can make ramen) that are, frankly, pretty delectable. In my case, I visited there after a quick shopping jaunt on Queen St., and if I were ever in the neighborhood and felt... More

I discovered this eatery not by chance but my walking along the side walk several times during my visit to the Bloor Street area near Spadina. I made good choice to go into the place to order a meaI I now consider this to be a good small restaurant consuming for basic asian noodles. My choice was to eat two... More

This is one of my favourite places to eat when I am downtown. The food is amazing. So fresh, tasty and delicious. You never wait very long for your meal. Accessibility is difficult here, but I suspect that this has much to do with space constraints. It is a very small restaurant. It is tough to get in to the... More

With the sparse decor I figured that the food must be OK, but it was disgusting. I had the Vietnamese Vermicelli which consisted of a mound of white noodles with some iceberg lettuce & fresh basil. The spring roll was OK, but there was nothing on that sad plate. My friend had Tom Yom soup. It had cucumber in it.... More

My husband and I were staying in a B&B around the corner from this restaurant, and needed a quick place to eat in the midst of a busy afternoon. We took a chance on Noodle Bowl and we weren't disappointed. I had General Tao's chicken, which I "improved" with a bit of extra sriracha sauce. My husband had seafood pad... More
