If you want a dash of local pub flavour, then the Sovereign Room is where you need to go. It is tight, crowded, dark and old - PERFECT for a late night pub experience. They have some of the best local beers/ales on tap and their food is such a delightful surprise! Oh so good! Especially the Duck Confit Poutine... More

Went for dinner on a recommendation from a local and glad we did. The food was delicious and the menu offered unique twists on favorites (e.g., fish and chips, fried chicken, pizza). Portions were huge (two or three could split a salad as an appetizer) and service was fast and friendly. If you are put off by the decor just... More

Went yesterday, table of 8 and was not even slightly impressed. 3 pizzas dried out (veggie tasted good), dried out crappy wings with terrible dipping sauce and run of the mill Nachoes. Filthy disgusting bathroom with pictures of penises on the walls, filthy sink and brokend soap dispenser. Adequate Service. If the bathrooms weren't such a disgrace, I would have... More

Landed and went straight here for lunch on a local recommenation. Absolutely amazing salad, boyfriend had a killer poutine. For a simple meal in a friendly dive-y kind of location, you can't go wrong.

Avoid this place unless you really have a burning desire to wait an hour for your meal on the world's most uncomfortable bench. Any restaraunt that can't get food out quickly should at least provide padded seating. And forget passing the time by having a conversation with your dinner companion; the acoustics are so awful that you have to yell... More

This place was recommended by the motel we stayed in. Very unprepossessing from the outside, but my word just fabulous food. Really recommend the charcuterie plate, best I have had in many years and I spend a lot of time on the road. Great beer, wine list is OK, pizzas to die for. A real gem in TB

Yes it's loud there...but IMHO you don't go there for anything but the unbelievable food!!! Last night my bf and I had the pancetta and goat cheese pizza and the latkes. It was phenomenal. We had the Spanish pizza and duck poutine on our last (and my first) visit. I would recommend any of these dishes any day of the... More

I had such an unpleasant experience at this place not bc of the food but because of the staff. My first visit constituted being served by an abrasive male bartender who didn't introduce their promo and who took 30 minutes to take our beer order, who we had to flag down to serve us. Who put us on a waiting... More

Awesome pub in downtown PA. Try the fried chicken, it is soooo good. Turns into a great bar later in the night. Always busy, which is a good sign.

We all enjoyed our food and the comfortable surroundings. Just found it very loud as the crowd grew. We also had excellent service. Overall it was a nice evening and eat here again.
