Nice small restaurant

I decided to give them a try again. They are no longer in the Greater Toronto Area nor in Ottawa when I first tried them. My son had the fish and chips. The fish was flaky and not the greasy norm. I had the Blacken Pacific Snapper. It was a bit oily. If I go again I would have had... read more

I got hooked on Joey's fish years ago. To my sheer delight, a few chains opened up near where I live, and quickly went by the wayside. So now the closest Joey's is a 6 hour drive. The breading is light, the fish always fresh. I seem to hit Joey's when it's dead and I'm the only guest in the... More

Well located to Comfort Inn (5 minute walk). Attentive servers, good food, and well priced. Nothing fancy, but it works. Menu choices are geared to families.

Stumbled upon this restaurant which was near our hotel in Thunder Bay. So glad we did!!! I had the fish and chips with the Halibut, Cod, Haddock a great choice. Not too much breading, chips were great, the cold slaw was a bit vinegary for my taste but I'm sure others would like it. My husband enjoyed his fried shrimp.... More

Just came back from our meal here First time my mom & I had been there. Nothing special about the restaurant interior it self. That being said, now for the important stuff, waitress' were very friendly, our app's (coconut shrimp) arrived quickly and were hot, very yummy with the Thai dipping sauce. Our mains arrived promptly, I had charbroiled salmon,... More

Food was great had the Premium Burger, Fries and a Side caesar salad and was amazing. The burger quality was above a normal burger joint. I find this surprising because its a seafood restaurant haha. My brother's also enjoyed their meals. The Time of service was spot on and the waitress was very delightful. I'll be coming to this restaurant... More
