Although we live in Sudbury, we had not been to this restaurant for at least 10 years. It is tucked away and down a flight of stairs, and we tend to forget it is even there. However, we found out tonight what we have been missing! The entire evening was wonderful. Everything on the menu looked absolutely terrific, but when... More

All menu selections are great. The special combinations on that evening were especially fabulous - the soup was hot and scrumptious - the stacked mushroom unique - the vegetable variation and sauce very suitable to each entree - the bread pudding a super conclusion to the meal! What a feast! The restaurant hosts for the evening coordinated everything wonderfully and... More

I was just wondering if anyone who has dined here before could please tell me if this restaurant serves bread before the meal is served? I know it's silly, but I really enjoy having a little something

Family and friends brought me here once again to celebrate my birthday......We all love this place and agree it is the best place in town for an excellent meal, in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere....... service is unequaled in the city......these aren't servers.....they are professional table hosts.....if there is better, I welcome someone to suggest elsewhere.....they know the menu, the wine... I can only speculate that the horrible treatment our group received is because the restaurant doesn't care about having our business. Out for a Christmas dinner with close friends. Reservations for 5 people, sitting 6:30-8:00. A request to add a 6th person to our table was denied by phone earlier that day. Unfortunately our friend did not receive the message,... More

Went to this restaurant because it was walking distance to my hotel and because it received excellent ratings on here. I reserved a table for one (Christmas season gets busy) and I delightfully found my table had magazines waiting for me (People, Fashion, Sudbury living etc...). The waiter recommended a vintage Italian half-bottle of wine which was not on the... More

Recently moved to Sudbury and had been told that Tommy's is an excellent (maybe even the best) restaurant in town. They have a well curated wine list that has some really great affordable options so we ordered a bottle of the Marlborough Pinot. Appetizers were creative and delicious (calamari and shrimp) For mains we had the veal rib chop (ordered... More

My husband and I love eating here. It is always a delicious meal for both of us, which can be difficult since I'm a vegetarian. The staff are wonderful and the whole meal tends to be a wonderful experience.

We've been a few times and have always left very impressed with the service, the food quality, the ambiance the only down fall a bit on the pricy side.
