We have visited Molly Bloom's every year that we have been going to Stratford during the theater festival and this year Molly's was particularly busy when we entered. We thought we were early! As it turned out, the place was full with lines forming behind us. The hostess was so upset that she couldn't seat everyone immediately (that is the... More

We were attending a play at the Avon Theatre and decided to eat here for dinner before. We waited a bit for a table. Once seated the waiter was quick to take drink orders. We ordered an appetizer and main entrees. The appetizer took quite some time to get to is but it was very good. Our entrees took a... More

This was a life saver. Open late (serving food until midnight) after the Stratford Theater shows and located right behind the Avon Theater. Live music, lots of local activity, and excellent food. More of a bar than a restaurant, but they sure know what they're doing in the kitchen. I would return.

Don't be fooled by the Irish Pub name, this is not bland food. The menu is varied and creative. The food is very good, portion sizes are good and you will find something for everyone. You will find traditional Irish and British menu items but you will also find Curry's and Poutines. This place works just as well for two... More

My daugher and I had dinner at Molly Bloom's Irish Pub located at 26 Brunswick Street in downtown Stratford while attending some plays. Our total bill for an appetizer, entree, dessert, beer and coffee/tea was about $67 - we had a great server (Lindsay). We started with the Bruschetta which was delicious with fresh ingredients. This restaurant sources its fresh... More

Stopped in for a beer and a bite. Had the butter chicken poutine, and a nice tall beer. The server was on everything! Sharp, friendly and on her game. :) Food was great.

For an Irish pub that does not take itself overly seriously, it serves some very good food. Have a good beer, eat a good snack or unassuming meal and enjoy yourself. This is the place to do it.

This time it was just a real quick stop before dinner, between shows. It's a beautiful room with lots of wood, comfy and dark pubbishness. The service was excellent, as was the variety of liquid offerings. The server was lovely and gracious, even though we were there for only 30 minutes and did not order food. I'll go back sometime... First time eating here. It was very good. Had the short ribs and they were delicious! Would highly recommend stopping in for a drink. Great atmosphere and service!

Molly Bloom's is SLIGHTLY out of the way for downtown Stratford, so, if you didn't make a reservation elsewhere, you have a chance of getting in here. I like the grilled vegetable salad. No guilt there. Others praise the fish and chips. There are many vegetarian options and several burgers. There are lots of options. Being that this is a... More
