The menu seems dated, to go along with the stuffy interior and awkward, overly formal servers. The food, however old school and dated, is quiet good, and expertly cooked. Clearly some talent in the kitchen. But i did not find the best value for the meal/service. I imagine this restaurant is very popular with an older generation, but does not... More

We went with & on the recommendation of good friends. Arrived just after 1pm on a Friday. The bistro was packed but we had reservations. Service was tardy to start but somewhat more attentive as the meal when on. I do not recall server asking if everything was OK. My pan seared salmon dish had a generous portion of fish... More

When we walked in, the decor said Denny's to me. Then the service was rather slow even though there were only five tables occupied. Finally, the food was ho hum. I have heard the fish and chips are great there; however I did not have them.

A group of us made our annual trip to Stratford for an afternoon play and dinner afterwards. Our usual restaurant had closed so we made the reservation at the Keystone Alley Cafe not knowing what to expect. Everything about the dinner was superb. The waitress was friendly and very efficient. One of the steaks was a bit undercooked. She returned... More

The steak was nicely cooked and the soup wonderfully tasty. They did not have mashed potatoes during our lunch visit but the French fries were very good. The coffee delicious. The dessert tasty and the service wonderful. Washrooms were perfect. The atmosphere was charming. The music soft and relaxing.

We went here on a Thursday night and it was quite quiet. In saying that the Theatre season in Stratford is over now, so most places will be quiet. The service was great and so was the food. To Start we had the Roasted Tomato soup and the duck and Foie gras parfiat. Both were delicious. For the mains we... More

We needed to book a place to have dinner in Stratford on November 1st, and we found it a bit difficult given a lot of businesses close after theatre season is over. In fact, we had picked a couple of other restaurants first. Despite it not being our original first choice, we did have a great dinner. We were the... More

We have eaten here every year for at least 5 years. The food is always delicious and presented beautifully. The service is outstanding as well. I feel that it is the best restaurant in Stratford for selections and value.

We've been going here for years. The patio is lovely this year, a floral paradise. The lunch menu is good. Service was quick and pleasant. We had the quiche which was pretty good. There's a decent range of beers. And you couldn't be closer to the Avon and Studio Theatres.
