Perfect after the theatre

We had dinner after attending an afternoon performance at the Avon Theatre. We dined outside and had a great meal. I had pickerel which was flakey and tasty. My husband had the duck which he loved. I highly recommend this location. Service was attentive and professional.

It was a wonderful dining experience. The wait staff were friendly and very efficient and the meals were all consistently delicious.

Great specials at lunch time drew us to this restaurant. I would recommend a reservation (we did not have one, but they kindly found us a table although we saw them later turn others away -- being there when they opened helped us beat the rush). The salmon special over mashed potatoes was fantastic. The mini three-some cream brulees was... More

On our third visit to Stratford's Keystone Alley Cafe, my husband and I were delighted yet again to experience great dining before attending an evening theatre performance. The appetizer was especially tasty; fresh and cool Persian cucumber and yogurt soup was a great treat for the palate on a warm summer evening! The lamb entree was excellent, served with local... We had a lovely dinner in the Keystone Alley Cafe. We actually sat in the Alley patio. It was very nice. I had the goat cheese salad. The goat cheese fritters were very good, and the goat cheese was paired nicely with grilled veggies. I had the chicken supreme. It was tasty enough and moist, but is not really my... More

Keystone Ally Cafe is offers veery creative fare in an eclectic setting. A fresh, and pleasant, restaurant with friendly service, and wide ranging menu and wine list. Key Stone is just a short, 2 minute walk from the Avon Theatre. Make reservations to be sure of a table.

Ar first the lunch menu seemed quite limited but in fact there was a lot of choice and my friend and mine lunches were both delicious. The service realized that you had theatre tickets and were very speedy. The café is just across from the theatre so it was a great location for a wonderful lunch. I would definitely return.

Keystone has been one of my favourite dining spots in Stratford for many years. Periodically I stray to try some new hot spot but I always end up visiting this gem. Consistantly providing high quality food and service in a lovely low key - yet stylish space. The chef/owner is always there and the food reflects that.

This restaurant has both friendly helpful waitstaff and interesting food. My husband enjoyed the pate … even though he doesn't like pate. The pavlova was the perfect end to a well paced meal. It was the perfect spot for a pre theater meal
