Overrated.

This was recommended by a local. Hard to figure out what was worse; the decor or the food. Brisket burger ($17!!!) was burnt and dry. Salad was over dressed and soggy. Lamb shank was average and the most talked about dish, the foie gras was no big deal. The decor is horrible. The 70's called and... read more

The Keystone Alley Cafe came to us highly recommended by another chef and the reviews made it sound like a sure winner. We were booked for the theater so decided to order only from the small plates. But the meal started badly: I love lobster bisque and have gone for it worldwide for fifty years or more. Alas, the Lobster... More

A small restaurant really geared for theatre goers so that they ensure you will be out in time for the show. I thought my choice of pork tenderloin was good, but not great. Service is impeccable and the prices are average for the area

We recommend the Duck breast....wow..tasty outside crust, sliced perfectly, pink meat and presented on a wonderful bed of lentils. This with an very pleasant Argentine wine made for a great start for an evening with King Lear.

What else is there to say? My steak was delicious and the others who chose the chicken curry were delighted. Good location near the Avon.

We met to share a lovely meal as our first meeting with the one who will officiate at our wedding! It was a celebration and milestone event that was beautifully memorialized with our experience at Keystone Alley. The server was both competent and warm, with a good eye to filling waning water glasses (always a mark of a good restaurant).... More

There are many nice restaurants in Stratford but this is one of the best, not very noisy, great service and wonderful food. They don't rush you out if you don't have tickets to the next show and that is a welcome change in this town. All the guests raved about their food - the fish, the lamb, the liver and... More

Lovely atmosphere, professional yet friendly service. All four of us enjoyed our lunch which was fresh and delicious. Next time we'll go for dinner.

We really like Keystone Alley. We come here on each of our visits to Stratford. Our waitress was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. The food was top drawer. My wife had beet soup and a duck breast with lentils and I had a grilled North Atlantic char. For desert we had a creme brule trio (three different flavors). All dishes were... More

Had not been to the Keystone in a few years but went back and found it to be the same, outstanding restaurant. I had the spring rolls and they were delicious as well as the chicken curry entre. I asked about a Canadian wine and was given a great choice. The atmosphere reminds me of a small bistro in France,... More
