My favourite Thai food restaurant in St Catharines. Prices are reasonable, food and service were excellent. Interior has been updated since my last visit, looks tidier. Menu has been expanded and updated, and as a person with aging eyes, the simple black print on white background menu is easy to see, even in dimmed light. All restaurants should do this!... More

Spicy Thai has just undergone an overhaul of their exterior facade plus replaced the furnishings and linens. The restaurant looks great and the food continues to be fabulous. On our recent visit we were pleased to see that there were vegetarian and gluten free options! We feasted on pineapple chicken curry, Thai beef as well as some spicy and savory... More

We arrived at the restaurant at 5:45. I informed the person who sat us that I had a 7:30 concert and would have to leave by 7:00. The soup we ordered for starters (Tom Yum and Coconut soup was excellent and cleared by 6:30. By 7:00 the mains had not arrived arrived. We had to leave. I had to go... More

Like others have said - come for the food, not the location. Lovely little restaurant in St Catharines. Delicious Thai food - amazing portions, and great value. Service is great, and staff are friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed every visit to Spicy Thai so far and will definitely visit again.

Small restaurant in a very poor area of St. Catharines, but come for the food and do not worry about the location of the restaurant......you will be very pleased and rewarded with excellent food....service is rather slow thought. Parking could be a problem...only street parking. I would still recommend this place

The food was ok both times I went. I typically visit Chang Noi first but if they're full this is my second choice for thai food.

Very yummy thai food. Atmosphere in the front part of the place is great, but the back really isn't great. Although, the food is so good, I can overlook the back part a bit. Service can be a bit slow, but I think it's because they are so busy. Everything I've ordered always comes out super hot and fresh. We... More

This fabulous Thai find isn't located in the best area and looks a little run down from the exterior so put your skepticism aside and walk through the door and you won't be sorry. We started with the chicken wraps with their excellent peanut curry sauce and moved to the Tom Yum soup that had such a deep and developed... More
