Bleu Turtle....Love of my Life!

This discrete, out-of-the-way Breakfast Bistro is perhaps one of the best restaurants I have ever had the liberty to dine in, and it was a hands-down pleasure. This discrete, out-of-the-way Breakfast Bistro is perhaps one of the best restaurants I have ever had the liberty to dine in, and it was a hands-down pleasure. Combining a funky, small interior with world class culinary flare, this is one Niagara region...may I dare say, Canadian breakfast establishment that should not be missed. It is worth the trip! Just had a fabulous breakfast at The Bleu Turtle in St. Catherines. While it's in a bit of an odd location(a little ways from Downtown) and parking wasn't easy, it is so worth it! The food for all 8 of us came fast and it was incredible all around, the service was extraordinary, and it is definitely worth checking out.... More

I've been there a couple of times and absolutely loved my dishes. It's so very, very refreshing to have such a great quality restaurant with excellent food in the Niagara Region...thank you, thank you, thank you...I can't wait to go back again!

An absolutely amazing restaurant with incredible ingredients. I had the lobster eggs bene and it was perfectly balanced. One member of my party had the French toast and the texture was perfect. The only drawbacks are that it is small and hard to find (it is located in an apartment complex and you have to park on the side street).... More

Absolutely love this restaurant. The three cheese ommeltte is your "go-to" and the special corn bread is to DIE for! The quality of the coffee is also amazing.. I wish I could take it home with me all the time! The only thing I have against this restaurant is to provide the tables with bottles of ketchup (as they only... More

You might miss this place tucked into a corner. Definitely call ahead to reserve and ask for a table out of the way. Wait for a quiet table unless you don't care about having a good conversation. Order something unique to really appreciate this place. The homemade bread is a nice touch

That was the exclamation made by the Red Seal trained Chef (who was one of the 7 in our party), when she was halfway through her Lobster Eggs Bene! What to like? Everything! The small but warm room; the open kitchen - where you can see the chefs use fully fresh ingredients (including the herbs); the coffee...and...THE FOOD! Sadly they... More

From the homemade bread and preserves, to the shrimp and eggs, you'd be hard pressed to find a better breakfast in the peninsula. Or Toronto for that matter. Staff are warm and genuine. We buy a loaf to enjoy during the week. Bon appetit!

On advice of a co-worker of my girlfriend's, we ventured with a party of four to the Bleu Turtle for breakfast for four. The small restaurant was packed, and in lieu of waiting 30 mins for a table, we sat at the counter which was an amazing experience. Watching the food prepped fresh, the hollandaise tasted for perfection, and all... More

It's great to have a place that you can have really good flavourful food not your basic same ole same ole. The food quality is great and every time we eat there everyone loves it. We love the goat cheese egg dish with their roasted potatoes and the omelets are excellent. I recently had the lobster beni's and it was... More
