We happened upon this little gem while shopping in Young's Point near our home recently. Went at cocktail hour so had wine (delicious!) and homemade hummus (2 flavours) with pita wedges (warm and yummy!), as well as a fabulous wedge salad. We had our dog with us and he was welcomed with open arms and even given a homemade dog... More

My wife and I went here as it had been recommended to us by friends. We had originally sought out a different restaurant to celebrate our 38th anniversary but it was closed due to renovations. We started heading home and remembered the restaurant in Young's Point. We arrived around 6:30 without reservations and were seated promptly. I enjoyed a Beau... More

Turned up without reservation with four adults and two kids. Asked to sit outside as the evening was pleasant. We were directed outside but not in a particularly welcoming manner. We ordered drinks which were fine whilst we looked at the menu. I wasn't inspired but thought the baked cod looked a good healthy option. Tried to order something simple... More

World traveller and foodie here. Off the 'barge' and reviewing an excellent spot and low and behold a dirty review. I have one negative review on the Mayaland Hotel in Chichen Itza (note it in your travel future as a NOT) which I will stick by ... but why be so negative on the OBI, especially when I did NOT... Chef Evan was recommended to me to cater my upcoming wedding. The person that recommended him works regularly in the wedding industry, so I thought it would be wise to take their advice. My fiance and I went for lunch at the Old Bridge Inn and enjoyed our food, and we had a nice little consultation with Evan. We were... More

If you haven't tried the Old Bridge Inn for dinner do yourself a favor and stop by. It was truly amazing. Ordered the Braised Beef Short Ribs with vegetables and ate the beef last as I could hardly leave the vegetables alone. All fresh and cooked to perfection. By the way, short rib was also great. Visiting Family in the... More

My father treated me to a Birthday lunch at The Old Bridge Inn. We weren't sure what to expect but we were told they had a patio with a view of the locks at Youngs Point. Well that was a bit of an exageration as you could barely see the water from the patio, so we opted to sit inside.... More

We live in Buckhorn, so driving over to Old Bridge Inn is a scenic drive and a lovely place to have dinner. The food is always excellent and the staff are very attentive and friendly. They always come up with wonderful daily specials. We have never been disappointed.

Great atmosphere, food and service. Quiet and charming venue to dine. Nice to have a place close by when we need a break from the cottage life!
