This is a really cozy cafe with amazing desserts. The chocolate cake is amazing, and so are the coconut-raspberry bars. That's not saying the rest isn't good, because it's great! Those were the 2 desserts that stood out. The staff was also really nice and helpful, despite a new employee who we had some trouble with. The good thing is... More

I've had the chocolate cake twice now and I'm telling you it is the best darn cake in the world. I had it at a friends house party and I went into the shop for a piece another day. Wow. Go get the chocolate cake. There are no words. You will not be disappointed. The shop is small and awkward... More

Met some friends after work for coffee & desert. My coffee was excellent but when my friend ordered hers, they said they had no more vanilla. Sat in back room which was comfy but without a decent heating system on a very frigid January day, we couldn't even take our jackets off and as a result did not stay long.... More

I found the baked goods dry and nothing to write home about.to be honest the cookies from costco are better. Its hipster heaven if you're into that.which i am not. And the hipster wannabe "earthy..politically correct convos" are a boring. You can smell the fake smiles. Will never return.

I am intolerant to gluten and Black Honey always has decadent gluten free offerings. The portions are reasonable and so is the price for the quality of the food. The place is small and I have never felt like staying to eat as I would feel like I was on display so I always take my food to go.

Never disappoints nor do they ever not have amazing dessert. Could eat here everyday but my waistline would grow. The soup is amazing with their gluten free bread

For four years now, Lisa, the owner of Black Honey has been delivering to my son his birthday's cake due to the fact that he lives away from home (we live in Mexico) Lisa has been my private angel, not only catering the cake but writing special messages on it in spanish just as I requested, and not only that... This place could be great if they had more space for their customers. When I went there I didn't feel welcome or comfortable, the employees just watched me so I decided to take my food with me. It ended up getting cold. I think this place could have better employees. They weren't very helpful and they didn't go out of... More

We have ordered Pick-up from Black Honey several times now for work lunches. Great variety, thoughtful combinations in the sandwiches and salads. Special orders are NO problem, and gluten free options are available. The Gluten-free Peanut Butter cookies are divine! Just what you need for the 3pm slump! Staff is informed and friendly. Note that salads and sammies are not... More
