Awesome dinner, reasonable prices. Excellent customer service!! The staff make the difference and it is worth spending time at this place! Situated on George Street, the atmosphere exudes genuine New Orleans. If you visit after 6pm, street parking is free for 2hours. Although we were seated close to the street (yes it is open to the air when it is... More

I couldn't click Yes on the 'Is this one of the best meals I've ever had' question because I've had some really spectacular ones but is a close second. We were a bit surprised it has been there ten years and we had failed to notice, so glad I did some research before our trip to Peterborough today and discovered... More

We had a great lunch in Peterborough. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The sweet potato fires were the best we've ever had and the beans and Cajun potatoes are worth a mention. We'd recommend the blackened chicken and ribs. The jambalaya not so much. Still, a good meal. Recommended.

I had the pulled pork with a double helping of sweet potato frites. I always get the sweet potato fries, as no where else I've tried in ptbo so far has them as good nor the dip that goes with them. Pork was fab. Just a bit of spice if you are looking for a milder spice. I'm 8 months... More

The restaurant is very well done in sticking with a theme and really accomplishes the feeling of a travel destination. Service was attentive and friendly. The shrimp po boy was a little ho hum and basic, which I know is its origins but I guess I was hoping for larger shrimp, or a crispier batter, or something. The sides of... More

Absolutely worth visiting if you're in the area. We found this restaurant using trip advisor while passing through Peterborough and couldn't believe our luck. The food is to die for and the service is prompt. There certainly was character to the place too. Also, if you feel like you might be missing out on the craft beer in the microbrewery... More

HBM is an excellent venue and adds real character to downtown Peterborough. The setting, staff, menu and general ambience all make for fun eating, socializing and causing one to want to return! Check out the adjacent Old Stone Restaurant too!
