On my way to Killaloo I thought I might stop in and see how my friend Mark was doing in Peterborough. I really liked his food, and we had a few laughs together a few years back. bad news is I could not find him. Good news is he moved to a fabulous location on Lansdowne. This place has twice... More

Go for the food! The breakfast buffet is great. Although lately it seems to be lacking a little. Marks omelettes are awesome. But the service? Horrible. People at 3 other tables near me were saying the same thing. The only thing my waitress did was bring 2 glasses of water (one dirty) and then promptly forgot us. Forgot our other... More

I went here this morning with three friends. We were there to try the Marche buffet breakfast. I had the eggs benedict which were excellent but I found the "buffet" lacked a great deal. Very little in the way of baked goods and fresh fruit. One friend went to have some toast and was told that the toaster was not... More

Went over on a Monday night, as we were from out of town & staying at the Super 6 across the road. Very quiet upstairs where we were seated, but I noticed on other nights it was busy. Had a great pasta dish that was a very large size. Thought the food was really good, & we'd go there again!

Mark's was a great spot for foodies at its previous location and the tradition continues at the new spot! Whether you go for weekend breakfast buffets or lunch with a friend (or two or three) or even a family meal with the kids, Mark's has great food waiting for you! We're never disappointed at Mark's Finer Diner!! Great staff and... More

We go there for brunch some weekends and have stopped in for their apple festival and their saturday music circles. Great atmosphere, fantastic food, good beer, and surprisingly kid-friendly!

Poorly planned out buffet station never food on it . By the time you get through the wonderland line up there is nothing to put in your plate but an omlet. Service sucked bacon was hoarse I think! Sucked too. this place blows balls.

We had a mid-week lunch here this past February. The food was plentiful and well prepared for winter comfort food although the tortiere was more like a shephard's pie; so work required on matching the food advertisement to the food. That being said it was enjoyable and priced well. The restaurant decor is a left-over from the previous facility operators... More

Very crowded for buffet. Buffet should be served in the room that has two entrances. You can walk in 1 end and out the other. This alleviates trying to push through the doorway.

I don't live in Peterborough, but was on my way 'out of town' one day when I spied this place. I had heard it wasn't great. It was good. The menu was simple. All comfort food, wings, burgers, meatloaf, chicken, the usual. But EVERY day they offer a home cooked turkey dinner. I love that. I ordered it. It came... More
