The food was very good. However we felt like an assembly line.We were rushed and had very little time to relax.

The 5 female members of my family got together for a special evening out. I made online reservations at the Orléans location on a Friday night. We had a choice of 6pm or 8pm for reservations and I chose the 6pm since one of our group was a young teenager. We were seated in a nice secluded area so the... More

I do enjoy dropping by D'Arcy McGees now and then but I find it a little to snobby and pretentious for my liking. The location of the Spark's St pub can't be beat though and I make my way there now and again. Try the Royal Oak Pubs or Sir John A for a friendlier, and more welcoming, atmosphere.

This restaurant was a 5 minute walk from our hotel. It has indoor and outdoor seating as well as entertainment. We chose an outdoor table with a wonderful view of Parliament Hill. Our meal was delicious, and when we told our waitress that we were celebrating our anniversary on Sat, she brought us dessert and coffee at 0 charge. It... More

Right at the top of Elgin near the War Memorial, but with a cool bear statue outside. Nice, fri3ndly bar staff who recommended a lovely local - Ontario - red beer. Not cheap, but holidays are more important than budgets! Also next to the place where they organise 'Haunted Ottawa' guided night tours of the city by torchlight

My family and I stopped at this pub for some snacks and a drink or two. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised to find Labatt's Blue Light available here, considering we WERE in Canada, but you would be surprised how difficult it is to find. Our waitress was very friendly and talkative. We had the pub chips and some... More

My family and I tried this pub for our family evening meal. Great value for money - for main course and a drink for each of us $57. The kids meals were great - lots of food for them. My club sandwich was very nice (although fries a little grease saturated). My husband had the Lamb pie - which was... More

Had a fantastic time here. Ordered the Guinness burger, and was delish. Server recommended some great local beer. Super service and great food. Really enjoyed the outdoor patio and Jeff and Dale our servers. Next time I'm in Ottawa will definitely be back.

After a long day of sightseeing we stumbled upon this pub which is very close to Parliament. Very cute pub atmosphere. Great selection of beers, we tried some local Canadian brews. I loved that you could get some smaller portions of some meals. I had the smaller portion of shepherd's pie which was just great! Not too pricey. Nice meal... More

First and foremost, Thank you to our server Victoria.. you were awesome! For a server to casually ask how wedding planning was going and how we were enjoying it simply by seeing I was wearing an engagement ring... that's attention to detail and to your customers! Secondly, the food was amazing. As someone with a gluten intolerance, it can be... More
