Food is always good here, classic diner food, service is fast, efficient and overall friendly. Peak times are very busy, but line up usually goes fast. They do not sell alcohol, which is great for a family restaurant and not sure diners ever do. Chicken salad sandwich is the best I have ever had. Save room for the Coconut Cream Pie,... More

Good food at reasonable prices. the prime rib dinner is delicious with the steak so soft you can cut through with a butter knife. Servers are exceptional.

I live a little more than an hours drive from Oshawa and this restaurant is a good reason to go for a drive. There is a good selection of food at a decent price.

If you like home cooking, large proportions and quick service, Teddys is the place to eat! My boyfriend and I wanted to try this well known restaurant. We did have to wait 10 minutes to be seated but it was well worth it; what do you expect from a great restaurant. Only downfall was they weren't licensed to sell alcohol.... More

I am a boring guy who just gets a hotdog and fries but it was amazing. Other people with me got spaghetti and they also got club sandwich. Both thought the food was great. Teddy's is the type of restaurant you go to when you want good food, decent value, and a nice experience

Teddy's has been around forever and it never changes. The staff are pleasant and efficient, the food is excellent, the servings are generous and the cost is reasonable. One of the best values is the Breakfast for Two; it's huge and really feeds three, especially if one of you is a smaller appetite. The smoked meat and deli sandwiches are... More

When it comes to great food and service, Teddies is the best. The menu is super and has everything you would want to eat. The portions are huge, and if you leave hungry, you have a big problem. We were there last week and had a hot turkey dinner and had enough left over for lunch the next day. They have no... More

We go here a fair bit because it is good and consistent. I always get the veal or chicken parm with the spaghetti. It is always good, but I wish they did some chicken wings. The line up is never an issue because they turn customers so quickly.

Been going here for years. Almost always a line up even mid week late lunch. Food is always good. Deli plates and salad with house dressing is always my go to. Everything else over the years has been good. Staff are usually busy and not always friendly 50/50 chance of a grumpy waitress. Our waitress and cashier were extra grumpy... More
