'Above average for a hotel restaurant': in UK hotel's tend to have bland restaurants and many residents go elsewhere. Actually this was well above expectations. Good food quality, and despite some modern dishes, portions generous. I think they welcomed my small person having a proper meal, not just the fried junk from the kids menu: so, they magiced up the... More

We were treated to excellent service by our server, Rose, who went out of her way to make sure our anniversary dinner was exceptional, right down to "Happy Anniversary" written in Chocolate on our dessert platter! The food was very good and everything was just lovely. I would definitely recommend it.

A comfortable setting overlooking the gardens and water with courteous service, lavish assortment of breakfast foods, Although I ordered a light breakfast my friend ordered a more substantial breakfast, both well presented, and tasty

We stopped at Queen's Landing Hotel to have drinks on the patio before our dinner at a different restaurant. We had a great server, Cody, who helped us with wine selections. It was our first evening in NOTL and the weather was supposed to be the best that evening so we enjoyed the patio very much as it looked out... More

I am always worried about over priced hotel restaurants and boring food. This was a pleasant surprise. Knowledgeable waiter, he recommended duck and lamb. The chef was adventurous and the food was very good.portions were generous and our guest and my wife and I were totally satisfied.

We have just had an excellent meal which we pre booked as staying at the Queens landing. The service was first class and a special thank you to Jill who was charming and helpful and made our son very happy with a strawberry daiquiri ( Virgin) and a Canadian flag which she gave him, he was made to feel very... We went to the restaurant during our visit to Niagara on the lake. The view from the patio was very nice. But the service and food were terrible and this ruined all the impression. The waiters were veeery slow and unprofessional. We were waiting quite some time for the appetisers - meats plate. The meats were too salty and the... More

The Tiara Restaurant boasts a beautiful dining room with a lovely view. The service was attentive. The food was lacklustre. We both had fish dishes. I had Arctic Char which was billed as the 100-mile meal option (Really? Arctic Char in Lake Ontario?) Our meals had very little flavour. There are many good restaurants in NOTL - this is not... More

First off, I love love love Niagara on the lake. I go there frequently and have been to many hotels and restaurants in the area. This was by far the biggest disappointment I've had in the area. My fiancé and I stayed at the Queens landing, so we figured, why not try the Tiara restaurant. Being as it's attached to... More
