My wife and I had an outstanding dinner experience at the Tiara. The food and ambiance were both excellent, but what made the experience truly outstanding was our server Rose. She was friendly, knowledgeable, warm, and very attentive. We will definitely go back there on our next visit to Niagara-on-the-lake.

We were seated promptly and asked if we were staying at the hotel or were on a package. Listening to the answers to that question from other diners being seated it was clear that we were almost the only ones paying menu prices for our meal. Everyone else had some sort of discount. It was needed! A first and a... More

All the buffet food was great, the staff experienced and friendly. The Tiara has a view of the Niagara River, and a great patio.

When I looked this hotel restaurant up on Open Table, I was hesitant because there were availabilities for reservations at every single 15 minute time slot between 5:30-9pm on a weekend night, while all the other "top" restaurants in NOTL were booked. And, of course, there was a reason why you could get in here at any time of the... More

The four of us had wonderful meals! My husband and I had surf (large and tender spot prawns) and turf (two large pieces of very tender strip loin). Broccoli rage, heritage carrots, and whipped potatoes rounded out the veg component. Our friend had the lamb t-bone with whipped potatoes which he declared one of the best lamb meals ever and... We were two couples. The guys had the beef tenderloin. We both enjoy beef and this was the worst we ever had. It was small and sinewy. You can get better beef in a local tavern, I assure you. Both ladies had fish which were "ok", nothing more. The manger, Jane, did reduce the price of our tenderloins and was... More

We were staying at the sister hotel in town so it was fun to compare the two.  The restaurant Tiara's is classier and has enviable views to Lake Ontario.  We thought that the meal was very good - a delicious cobb salad followed by steak for OH and surf'n'turf for me.  One of my steaks was run through with fat... Every year we go to Niagara on the Lake to enjoy the theater and relax for a few days. We have enjoyed the quality, flavors and consistency of the food served @this restaurant for many years now;so much that it is our obligatory dinner at least once every time we are in NOTL. we are always pleased to have Rudy take...
