There are two patios, one down and one up. We ate outside, we love to eat outside, fairly late in the evening. Stunning gorgeous flowers cascading all over the railing and balcony. Food was very good, though the sangria we thought was only average.

Three of us walked in without a reservation for dinner. Because of this the host wouldn't let us sit upstairs as he said it was book yet it never filled up while we were there. Waiter was good. Food was great. Service was very slow but when the food finally came it would have been hard to improve upon. My... More

My husband and I had lunch at Shaw's and it was very nice. First of all, in my opinion, Shaw's is the most eye-catching restaurant on Queen Street, with its second story patio adorned with such beautiful flowers. We wanted to eat upstairs, but unfortunately it was all full. We settled for the patio on the main floor, and it... More

You are greeted by a statue of George Bernard Shaw and of course friendly waiters. Superb food and great service you will find in the midst of the cutest town imaginable. Set on Main Street of Niagara on the Lake, there are colourful baskets of flowers and outdoor seating for people who literally come from all over the globe. Try... More

The food and service was excellent! We loved the location of the restaurant and the open air dining it provided.

Liked it so much we had lunch there twice! the food was delicious, we had 4 different meals each time (dining with another couple), and everyone was satisfied. The service was great, the terrace was lovely and the flowers were a little piece of heaven!

A group of 11 of us were on the beautiful upstairs terrace where we were enjoying the food and the setting. At about 9.30pm we were told that they had run out of desserts and that we could always get an ice cream and coffee at one of the shops along the street. I thought that this was one of... More

Food is really good. The roast chicken dishes have to be eaten to be believed. Staff is very helpful, seat you quickly in the height of the summer season, take the extra step in 'splitting' large portions among diners who wish to do so, fill your water bottles for you for the long drive you are planning, etc.

Food and service are ok, but not spectacular. However, very good wine and cheese selections. Nice place to sit outside and watch the world go by.

We had a 6pm reservation and barely made it to our 8pm theatre time. No appetizers, just mains! No compensation until we mentioned that others were getting salad or soup due to the long wait. Our order was also incorrect once received. Great ambience, but that wears off quickly when u r looking at your watch!
