the fish and chips were very good. I live in a different country and my debit card did not work (I had not notified my credit union of my trip) The staff was very nice and did not embarrass me for my lack of funds. The stairs are very steep that lead to the bathrooms. I would go back.

The Olde Angel Inn is a quaint pub and eatery located on a street that is parallel to the main tourist street. The history of this pub is amazing, and if you go on one of the ghost tours of Niagara-on-the-Lake, you’ll hear all about it. With the exposed oak beams and the wide-plank floors, the ambiance is hard to... More

The Angel Inn has a great selection for dinner and good beer selection. Try the Fisherman Pie a pot pie with seafood as the main attraction. The staff is extremely helpful.

They have a huge selection on their menu and the prices are reasonable for the amount of food that you are served. Quality of food is very good too. My Husband and I had the steak and kidney pie which was excellent. My Dad had the fish and chips which are noted to be the best in Niagara. However, the... More

Stopped here for lunch during our visit to NOTL. GREAT comfort food! I had the fish and chips and my hubby had the Bangers and Mash. We very both very happy! Lots of great food for the price. We definitely want to come back for dinner and entertainment sometime soon! The place is a gem! Don't skip it!

Wow they have Branston on the menu. Fish and Chips just like you get in England. Good selection of beers. So impressed we ate there twice in 3 nights.

We enjoyed our meal here in spite of bit of a rush to get to the Shaw Festival. Service was fast - the pie was wonderful with thick gravy and the chips were excellent - and I'm not a fan of french fries. Would happily go back for dinner for their meatloaf wellington

Stopped in for lunch and was not disappointed my husband and I shared the appetizer crab cakes and the fish and chips. Both were fantastic! The inn was established in 1806 but burned during the war of 1812 it was rebuilt in 1816 and has been around ever since. It was cool to eat in a place with so much... More

We went to the Olde Angel Inn twice - once to the bar the other to have dinner. The shepard's pie was delicious.

Our b&b hosts suggested this pub for us and we were not disappointed. I had a chicken and Peach pie and my husband had the beef and onion pie. They were both really good.
