A delightful lunch at an old style Inn with British Pub fare

Yes, I had the chicken peach pot pie for lunch with fries and peas and carrots for 15.99. Alittle on the high side for lunch but after all we were in Old Town Niagara on the Lake where they can get those kind of prices and after we got sat down the line up started at the door and this... read more

There are three sections to this restaurant. The front bar. The back where there is a nice fireplace and connection to bar. And side that is more family oriented. The typical English pun comfort foods that never disappoint and friendly service. Bar picks up as a over fifty hang up/pick up spot later into the evening.

Great tasting fish and chips served in a relaxed pub atmosphere. Fast and friendly service. Located in the lovely Niagara on the Lake tourist district.

A little disappointed with the food. We stopped in for a beer in the afternoon thought it was really nice so decided to go back for supper. We ordered prime rib and Yorkshire pudding. Everything. But the prime Rib was great. The beef was slightly tough. We wished we had tried something else

Drinks and food after work. Burger and fries for $5.00. Same size as during the day - only cheaper! Great selection of beer and cider. Comfortable atmosphere, relaxing location.

Mid way between tour of the four wineries we were visiting we took a break for lunch. The Angel Inn was our choice. We dined on burger, and spicy curry with rice. Not the home made curry, but it was very good. The setting is the old English Pub, and it reminded me of one back home. Try it, I'm... More

Great little spot in Niagar on the Lake. They offer all the usual pub fare, and it's delicious. As well as any beer you could want on tap. Stopped there a couple times now and will absolutely be back again.

We chose this restaurant based on unique atmosphere and were not disappointed. Service was great, beer selection awesome, menu selection very good, but found food quality and presentation average.

A historical location in Niagara on the Lake, this pub style bar/restaurant was cozy and interesting. We asked a local tour guide where they might go in town and suggested here. We sat at the bar to enjoy the chatter of the bar tenders and found it well worth it. Although we did order some light food we were really... More
