Stopped here and had lunch. Menu is what you would expect for the locals, good homemade food. Service was a little slow but worth the wait.

Excellent value in a tourist town. The menu is quite varied and everyone should find something they like. Hint - because locals eat here go right at 12 or wait until one when it is not so busy. They also serve Breakfast and dinner.

Had lunch here with friends whilst attending the Shaw Festival theatre. The staff are very friendly and efficient and the food was served hot and as ordered but nothing to rave about. Just a nice average restaurant with nice average food. Plenty of parking and a convenient location away from the hustle and bustle of town. My toasted western was... More

Cute restaurant away from the downtown area. We were there for breakfast. The hostess was very welcoming. Our waiter was very attentive. All four of us enjoyed our meal.

We were tired from all the Falls adventures of the day and we were just staying up the street so we stopped in for diner. The service was good and the food was good. The price was very economical compared to what most places charge in that area. Went back the next morning for breakfast that was the best except... More

My boyfriend and I drove out to Niagara on the Lake from Welland today to go out for breakfast at Little Red Rooster. We went about a week ago for soup and it was good, and we tipped good because it tasted great. Today being Victoria Day, our usual breakfast spot, Welland Cafe, was closed, and they serve everything fresh...you... More

Fantastic food! Whole wheat bagels and french toast offered! Love that! Excellent prices! Ice tea was on the weak side, but the food was awesome!

The staff were smiling and chatting with regulars. I overheard a phone call for a reservation for 12! You could feel that it is a family home town place. Excellent value and delicious food. Our Hotel was charging a ridiculous amount for breakfast so I had researched in advance and found this place. While we were not pleased we had... More

After leaving Niagara Falls we decided to take the scenic route and drive into Niagara on the Lake. Everything about out mini vacation was wonderful accept for this restaurant. I ordered fish and chips and it was horrible. The service was also very slow. The fish was dry and unedible and the fries tasted like they had been re-cooked. My... More

Delicious breakfast in a comfortable, cozy place with no issues whatsoever! Our server was very friendly and arrived with coffee as soon as we walked in the door. Our food arrived quickly -- mine was a simple meal of cottage cheese and fresh fruit, but it was very tasty. I stole some of my husband's chocolate chip pancakes and could... More
