Soup was very tasty, cakes looked delicious although we resisted them! Bit of a wait for a table but that is due to its popularity I imagine. Very nice indeed!

This is our go-to place for breakfast or lunch whenever we're in NOTL and want a modest quantity of the best quality. There are inexpensive places for a very good, inexpensive, hearty meal of eggs, potatoes, and toast, but this place can't be beat for a modest quantity of the highest quality for a couple of seniors like us who... I was in Niagara On The Lake with my granddaughter a few weeks ago. She can only eat gluten free and we walked by the Irish Tea Room to see a sign advertising their gluten free choices. We walked in to investigate and couldn't believe there was a whole case of gluten free desserts, each one looking better than the... More

Great varied selection of Gluten Free Bakery items in the back of the shop! Perfect! Orange bread, scones, cakes and cookies that my friend could eat. The shop has beautiful woolens from Ireland, shawls, all beautifully knit and great styles. A nice selection.

Well prepared, fresh, friendly. Good quiche. Really good baked goods, granola and sweets. Coffee's pretty good, too. Small restaurant, nice garden. Don't remember if they serve alcoholic drinks. Lots of tea.

Cozy spot to grasp a quick lunch. It is inside the Irish store. The potato leek soup was outstanding.

Visited for late lunch. Can't say that all the dishes are genuine Irish (I had a toasted panini - Italian?), but a hot strong pot of Barry's tea hit the spot. Maybe some batch loaf needed. Not convinced that strawberries are part of Devon cream teas (well, I haven't seen them in Devon - maybe a local variant). Nice scones.... More

Not at all what I expected in a "tea room" . Tea was made from tea bags not loose tea. Food selections are not traditional. Server was very nice though.

We had tea and gingerbread as a mid-afternoon snack. They were getting ready to close, but they accommodated us. Both the tea and cake were refreshing. A nice break.

After browsing the Irish wares up front, why not have a snack or nice tea or lunch stop. Smaller and more quiet if you are looking for something light to eat.
