Theme eating can be ho-hum.

I try to stay away from 'theme' restaurants. It may have been all the rage in its time, but after years the Flying Saucer eating experience ceases to be novel and - in my estimation - goes the way of Tiki Bars, Cave Restaurants and seafood places festooned with fishing nets. In a word, it's... read more

Came for a late supper with my hubby and boys (8 & 11) after an evening at the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. GREAT food! great specials! great prices! Fun atmosphere! Great music! Will definitely go back! Left my purse behind and thought is was gone forever ... including wallet, cards, cash, camera, passports, you name it, it was in there! :(... More

great theme, fantastic menu, very reasonable pricing. Server "Amanda" really knocked it out of the park with her knowledge, humour, and recommendations. she was on point. looking for a good "american style" roadside diner? look no further.

Dining room is unique, a fun place that resembles a flying saucer! A lot of bright lights and color inside. There is no WiFi. The food was very good, a little expensive. I had grilled fish. The serving was small and cole slaw really small, although quite good. I was pleased they could substitute broasted potatoes for fries, but my... More

OK, not really, it's just Canada LOL. This is a fun place. We had already seen everything in Niagara twice so we decided to drive around the outskirts of the downtown tourist zone. I'm glad to have stumbled on The Flying Saucer. The food is good, not fancy, more diner than "restaurant", and just what you would want from a... More

After a disappointing and overpriced meal at IHOP the morning after our first night stay, we went to the Flying Saucer on recommendation of a friend for the second morning. It had us immediately regretting having ever wasted our time with IHOP. The portions are substantial, prices are very reasonable and service was prompt. Furthermore, the staff had absolutely no...
