Niagara falls is not cheap. The prices are marked up as tourism is after all, how Canada makes money in that area. We searched for a place that didn't grunt at large families like other placed we dined at had done, but this place is a hidden gem. Located right by the large ferris wheel, it looked like a casual... We ate an early lunch here on our trip to Niagara Falls. It was right across the street from our hotel. We were the only people eating at the time so there was no wait. The food was excellent. Many different options to choose from and even some unique drinks from the bar!

This is a big place good for families. Inside, on one corner, your kids can play games, even the adults do. I don't like the noise these machines make but the kids love it. Maybe they can put a glass wall or something to lessen the noise. The food is average but the service is good. Nice, friendly and accommodating... More

If you don't want to venture off Clifton Hill to eat, then give this place a try. The food was pretty good and the fact that you can play games while waiting for your food, is nice. It was an average price for this area .

This is the second time in a couple of months I've been at BP in Niagara. The servers are great. They are personable and do a great job.

I was at Boston Pizza tonight and a very polite and pleasant hostess took us to our table. He name was Michaily and she made us feel so welcome! Food and staff was great.

First time dining in and last here. Ordered 10oz steak, one side was ok while the other side was burnt. Ask if it can be changed, came back still burn and over cooked inside. Medium rare is what I wanted. Awful food, service was not great, had my hand up for awhile, and the waitress who was cleaning up even... More

The menu selection is huge! But as usually comes with huge menus, is poor food quality. My g/f ordered the Chicken and Mushroom Fettuccini - disgusting mush!!!! After disecting it, I discovered it was 2, thin, breaded chicken cutlets pressed together, with the sandwiched breading between the 2 thin cutlets providing that mush texture. Needless to say, we sent it... More

Boston Pizza on Clifton Hill. If you are familiar with this franchised restaurant, you know that the portions are small and somewhat over priced, for example: $13.99 for a sandwich, $15.98 for a pasta dish, $11.79 for a burger. The fountain pop is very expensive at $3.24. As for our meals specifically: one Caesar Salad had virtually no dressing, the... More

We have visited Boston Pizza locations before, but this was our first time at this specific location. I ordered a calzone - which was actually delicious but the salad that was served with it was sub-par. The lettuce & vegetables were soggy & wilted. My husband had a sandwich with grilled chicken and the chicken smelled horrible - it smelled... More
