We had asked for a close place to dine with our kids. The bellman recommend this restaurant to walk to from hotel. It was a little nicer than a pizza hut but not the food. Crowded and small kids portions. Pizza sauce did not taste right. It was too sweet. Kids shared a pizza but didnt even finish half. I... More

This was my boyfriend and my first dining experience at Zappi's and we will definitely be back! Not only was there a variety of excellent options on the menu, but the service was incredible too. As a local it is reassuring to know that there are still some restaurants that take pride in preparing fresh home made meals at great... More

My family and I tried out Zappis on our final stay in Niagara, which is a family owned restaurant for many years. We heard the hotel valets telling another family about Zappis food and that it was in walking distance from our hotel. The prices were very reasonable for a tourist location and the weather was perfect to enjoy their... More

We went in late afternoon/early evening on a Wednesday for a very light meal (we knew we were going for a late dinner) and ordered a simple medium pizza, a pop and a beer. It wasn't crowded at all and didn't seem very busy. We waited, at the very least 30 minutes, from order til the food was put on... More

We discovered Zappi's six years ago when we were in Niagara Falls for a convention. We immediately fell in love with their excellent Italian food and reasonable prices. We try to stop by when our travels take us in or near Niagara Falls. On our most recent visit, I enjoyed their delicious vegetarian eggplant lasagna. It came with a small... More

The food was really good but the service and flies were bad. We ordered food and our waitress disappeared. About 15 minutes after we ordered we saw the cooks put our food out on the counter for the waitress to come and get it. We then sat there and watched out food for another 15 minutes before we got it.... More

Now located in the core of the busy tourist area, Zappi's has been in business since the early 1970s. The restaurant ought to have been busy on a Saturday night at the peak of tourist season - but it wasn't. Waitstaff were attentive and very knowledgeable about possible allergen ingredients in menu items. Beverages, appetizers and main course were served... More

We were a family traveling on vacation to Niagra, and googled a reasonably priced family resteraunt. Zappis was featured and appeared to have decent reviews. Gotta say, this place was VILE. The salads were soggy, sopping in dressing for hours... The chicken park was a previously frozen piece of processed breaded chicken...definitely not a chicken breast, a slice of pseudo... More

Where to start? Let's hope this isn't the norm for this restaurant. The service was very slow -one poor waitress for all the outdoor tables. Definitely not her fault as she was overwhelmed and was doing the best she could (and she has my respect for that as other customers were not happy either). So while the service was poor,... More

The pizza was pretty good, I have to say. The prices are what you would expect in such a high tourist area but they are tasty and open pretty late. Check them out.
