What a nice little restaurant. The food is very tasty, the staff were great and attentive. My wife and I had different meals. The butter chicken I ordered was hot and spicy, and it was the first time I had it that way. I am a convert. I would suggest anyone looking for good quality Indian food, try this place!

We went to Mango Rain today because of its great reviews. Food was awful, the decor was tired, service was slow, it took more than an hour to even get the appetizers. We ordered Thai dishes. Lamb was smelly, curries tasted Indian, there was no accompaniment to the entrees. Rice had to be seperarely purchased for 3 dollars each. I... More

It looked good. It sounded good. It wasn't. The food is just about average. Not bad but nothing to write home (or on TA) about. It's certainly overpriced and portions are small. Case in point: Butter Prawns were not prawns but jumbo shrimp and we got about 5 of them; the rest was just butter gravy. Other dishes we tried... More

My friends & I wanted to have dinner somewhere so we picked that restaurant based on other reviews. IT turned out to be really good. We all loved our dishes (I had the cashew chicken). Staff was super friendly and informative. The place is small and cozy. It's great place to have dinner with a small group or as a... More

We were promised the "best butter chicken we'll ever have", instead we got something that is tough and lacking in flavour. It would have easily been a forgettable casual evening dinner, if it wasn't for the grand promise. It was definitely NOT the best butter chicken we've ever had. Not even close. The chicken skewers we had were also tough... More

Tucked away in a 'nothing' strip plaza this Indian/Thai small restaurant would be easy to overlook. The food is excellent, cooked fresh and with your desired 'heat' qualification Can be a bit bit noisy, as the tables are quite close together. Best to make a reservation. Try the Buttered Chicken or Shrimp Vindaloo - simply the best in town!

One of the best Thai / Indian restaurants in Greater Toronto. Small, clean, friendly and efficient service. Meals are prepared on order Chef is excellent!!! This restaurant is a must place to eat ! Reservation recommended because it can get busy quickly! Enjoy!

Last night had dinner with friends, at their recommendation, at this sweet little restaurant. It is a mix between Thai and Indian food. It's located right on the Lakeshore Road, in Clarkson Village. You probably would drive by it, if you didn't know it was there...but don't. It's a small restaurant, but the food is made fresh, and the service... More
