Went for a friends birthday, service was ok, server kept checking in our group. Ordered the veal parmigiana, and got a very BIG portion for the price, wish it were more flavourful though. Everyone was happy with their meals as jr was reasonably priced. Place was chill, pleasant and a good place to relax and hang out with friends. Lots... More

Now, going to start off by saying that this isn't really my scene to begin with. I'm a more 'seasoned' woman, shall we say, and this restaurant clearly caters to a younger, more 'hip' crowd. Since the servers are mostly young and pretty, perhaps they thought they weren't going to get a very good tip. from dowdy old me. That... More

I have been many times and I have always enjoyed the food. In particular the mussels (in tomato sauce) and the Pollo Involtini are my two favourites. Had a nice dinner there on the patio, which was quite nice, and had lovely service by our waitress Sara - very thoughtful, attentive and friendly.

I’ve lived in Mississauga for over 40 years, and had been going to The Open Cork for the last 10. I’d had some pretty memorable times there. I attended a special event last night, and had reservations for 13 at 6:30. The room we were given “appeared” to be fine however upon seating we realized the main table was broken,... More

I had my first..and last visit..to the open cork last night. From the start it took forever to get a drink at the bar because the staff was to busy talking to bother serving. Our table reservation was not ready . Although the orders were taken quickly the food took forever to arrive.. some members of our party got their... More

My Husband and I met up with friends for an evening out. The other couple suggested the Open Cork. The place was packed so parking was difficult. The food we had was extremely good but the service well a bit lackibg. The waitress was a bit distracted and took some time to get the order. No water was brought to... More

Our first and last time here. Took 20 mins just to get a menu. We had to flag a wait staff down to place an order. We waited almost 45 mins for the food to arrive. During this time we did not have anyone to come by and drop off the bread. So after an hour we did not even... More

Food is pretty descent here, but the service is questionable. Sometimes, the waiter appears to be talking down on you. He can't even make eye contact when he takes your order! Improve the service, and I see the restaurant being very successful.

Had a late lunch their during world cup and it was very good. However if you plan to watch the game outside, you'll be beside smokers. The food was very good and the service was average. The price range for what you get was pretty good. The food tasted great.
