Great local eatery!

Friends of ours who are regulars took us here last night. It's in a little outside mall on Dundas near Erin Mills. On walking in - the atmosphere is pretty stark... it's cold inside (some people were wearing their jackets still) stone floors and pretty bare walls. There used to be a big tree... read more

My friend recently bought my birthday cake, a hazelnut meringue, from this place and I absolutely loved it! I decided to check it out, but was a little worried based on some of the negative reviews. Wrong! I went with my husband who had the salmon special while I had the squash soup and quiche with an upgraded apricot salad.... More

I don't know what happened to this place that used to have such superb service. We waited to receive menus for a long time, then she brought only lunch menu, even though we asked for a dessert menu. After receiving the dessert menu we were ignored. We eventually got tired of waiting and left very disappointed!!

Soups, sandwiches and desserts all amazing. Excellent prices too. A gem of a place. I can't help but wonder why they don't open a larger, more accessible location as I think they would do very well.

My eldest daughter recently went vegetarian, and I asked her what dish she wanted for Xmas dinner as an alternative to the turkey the rest of us would be having. She asked for quiche, and me not knowing how to make quiche I decided to buy one. So I googled for, "Best quiche in Mississauga". The Apricot Tree Cafe came... More

The chef here is of the best around ! The menu has excellent variety and there are 7 or 8 daily specials that enhance the line up, so there is something for everyone. The desserts and pastries are second to none. We are frequent diners and have tried just about every place to eat in the area. We eat here... More

Overall The Apricot Tree is a decent place for socializing while having a (heavily baking influenced) meal. However it seems to be a place that would get better the more you go. Knowing the people who work there might get you a better table, better service and a better choice of menu items. It appears that you can also make... More

Went here today or coffee and dessert. We had the Toblerone and chocolate mousse cake with the "house" ice cream. Although service was good, the food didnt cut it for us. The bottom of both cakes were extremely hard/dry and the ice cream/sorbet were both not tasty at all. Unfortunately we will not be coming back.

Always excellent fresh salads and sandwiches. Excellent home made desserts. Small and sometimes noisy but the food will continue to keep my coming back

Their crepes and warm salads are awesome. I frequently grab a healthy warm salad on the go. It's a favourite lunch spot of mine.
