Good Better-than-fast-Food Bar and Grill

Went for business lunch last week. Service was friendly and fast and it was great to sit on the patio... but the food was adequate at best. I had a Reuben that could have come out of a vending machine. Pizza that my colleague had looked like pizza pizza quality at best. I've been here a few times now (it... More

For a few years this has become the default mode for our small group of 4/5 whenever we get together. With a huge menu that includes wings, pizza, wraps, stir fry, burgers, fish & chips, plenty of beer choices, better-than-average desserts, an almost always friendly & hard-working staff, what's not to like? OK, what's not to like? - uninspired decor,... More

Large casual restaurant with all the menu options you would expect. They have a daily special (ours was shrimp pasta) which we had and quite enjoyed. Conveniently located close to the airport and ideal for all the office workers in the surrounding area. Good atmosphere, good food and good prices.

After a long day traveling from California to Toronto, we found the Wild Goose just down the street from our hotel. It's a very large sports bar, nicely appointed, with flat screen TVs galore (quite naturally emphasizing Canadian sports, so U.S. visitors might not get to see the teams they are looking for--although they were nice enough to try and... Have eaten at Wild Goose twice, once for a late lunch and then for an evening meal. The main room is spacious, huge actually, lacking dividers or other ways of separating it and the bar into sections. Multiple TVs allow patrons to view any number of sports contests simultaneously. Neither time was the restaurant particularly busy, so the noise level... More

My sons team selected the Wild Goose since it was close to the rink. When we got to the restaurant it was empty yet it took the kitchen nearly 2.5 hours to serve everyone's food. The menu was as big as the Oxford Dictionary but even the specialties were far from special. It was barely edible. We ended up sending... More

The Wild Goose was convenient to a late semi- meeting. It was a beautiful evening so we sat outside after walking through the cavernous restaurant. A very large bar to say the least. Good selection of beer, weak selection of liquor. Menu was all over the place from typical bar food to Butter Chicken ,Thai and Italian. Ordered the jambalaya... More

My husband and I happened upon this pub after arriving late into Mississauga. My husband ordered the chicken wings and I ordered the Buffalo Chicken wrap. What I loved is that I could order a Greek salad as a side with my wrap-it was an option! My wrap was the best wrap I have ever had-absolutely delicious! The portion size... More

I visited this restaurant previously and had a few appetizers which were very good. These included the chicken wings and a few other options. So, I decided to go for lunch with a couple of colleagues. We ordered the following options and all were pretty good and fresh: MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN WRAP TUNA MELT FISH AND CHIPS (the daily special, not... More
