A very fine rendition of a classic pub

In an old stone building, a little bit dingy, but with super friendly staff, excellent selection of beer, and good pub food offerings, this place could old its own in London, England. I enjoyed sitting at the bar, watching the game. Excellent wings, great value on wing night (Monday). A very solid... read more

Drove by this place a few times and really wanted to check it out, seemed very cool. So I went there on a date last Saturday and was very disappointed. Waiter had the personality of a rock, food was decent, beer was also, quite pricey considering and the place was very small. I felt very unwelcomed there. Super quiet inside... More

We go here all the time, the service is great. You can always expect the food to be outstanding. The atmosphere is so homey and upbeat. I find it difficult to go to other restaurants now because we know that you are never let down here and can always expect only the best of everything. There's only one thing I... More

Recently had lunch, (my first visit), Steak & Kidney pie of course, and it was delightful. Actually, it was a hard choice to make with all the other good options available on the menu, for a very reasonable price. It is so nice to get away from the standard fare available at most of the main franchise restaurants. The service... More

We have been coming to the Watzing Weasel for over 15 years and up until recently would have rated this restaurant well. I have to say that the management needs to take a very serious look at how it treats its customers . In my opninion it is time for a new manager! Last week, on a week night we... More

January 04th my wife and I visited Waltzing Weasel for supper. It was a cold night but inside it was warm and inviting. We were quickly seated at a table close to the bar. My preference in beer leans toward red or dark blends. I asked the bartender for a glass of red. He suggested a new beer that was... More

Great food along with a great environment, affordable eating along with descent menu choices. Pricing is a little on the high side in comparison to other restaurants offering similar dishes.

We end up here a lot. And this place has a great location, good patio and usually good service but it suffers from the same things that bring most pubs down. The food. It's pre made frozen and prepackaged. They could do so much more. A little more effort and a little more care they could have a really great... More

I was the first of our party of five to arrive at the Waltzing weasel. There was a sign at the door "Seat yourself". There were about 10 empty tables set for 2 - 4 persons. I approached the waitress and asked if I could have a table for 5. She said there was a booth in the bar area... More

I had the quiche and salad, both were fresh and tasty. My husband had the steak pie with fries. The fries were hot and crisp and tasty. He said that the pie was good too. Wait staff was friendly and appropriate. The place was crowded at lunch time -- always a good sign. The bathroom, while clean, smelled terrible and... More
