Thank you to the wonderful staff of Vic's and Bentleys for the excellent service for our large party on Saturday afternoon. Your attention to detail was appreciated and the extra touch of the Lindor chocolate after the meal was a delicious surprise. The butternut squash...ravioli was creamy and flavourful. I can hardly wait for a return visit!More

Our waitress was a very attentive & the food & drinks were great. We had the smokehouse burgers with onion rings & fries as well as the ribeye Philly cheesesteak. Everything was fresh & very tasty. To wash things down we had a Manhattan &...a Caesar which were great. This restaurant was better than our recent experiences at big box restaurants in the area by far. We would return even if we weren’t staying at the Sheraton.More

I reserved a table for our family to celebrate my son and my husband's birthdays. There was 7 of us which included immediate and extended family - all adults. I've eaten at Vic's before and always enjoyed their food and service, however, I've never had...their Saturday morning brunch. To say that I'm embarrassed to have brought my family here is an understatement. Most of the food on the hot buffet was mildly warm and tasted like it had been sitting for days. The home fries tasted like they were leftovers from the day before, and the usually scrumptious cinnamon French toast was stale and barely warm. Even the omelette bar was a disappointment. Six of us had an omelette ~ I didn't. But only 2 said the omelette was "just ok". The other 4 omelettes were barely cooked in the middle ~ extremely runny ~ and weren't edible. I'm sure the wait staff clearing the plates would have noticed the food left on the plates. I'm not a picky eater, but even my meal was barely OK. The best thing about our meal was the coffee. On top of the very disappointing food, we were seated in the hallway outside of the restaurant ~ which was quite drafty ~ and I think the wait staff kept forgetting we were there. At one point my husband had to get up and track someone down to bring us a glass of water for someone at our table that was having trouble swallowing their food. I've enjoyed this restaurant before, and was looking forward to our family being together and enjoying a good meal together, but after this experience, I will not return ~ and really wish I had made our birthday brunch plans elsewhere. I will not recommend to others. Sorry Vic's on Wellington ~ just have to be honest with you. You need to do better!!!More

We stayed at the hotel Vic’s is located in and had breakfast both mornings. They have a buffet as well as a la carte. Both mornings we choose the menu. My wife had the same both mornings, two poached eggs on toast and both times...the eggs were done perfectly. The first morning I had the avocado toast (VG) and the next morning I had the Four points breakfast. It was also VG. Hot coffee and great serviceMore

We had a large group of friends meet for dinner at Vic's . While we stayed at the Four Points hotel it was a perfect location. The staff was terrific and dinner were very good. Serving a large group is difficult at best and they...managed to get us all served in a reasonable time so we could all socialize after our dinner. I did not hear any complaints.More

2 couples enjoyed dinner on Vic’s patio. Diverse menu. All apps & mains ordered were generous servings & tasty. Wine & food prices represent good value. $40 Aussie Shiraz was excellent. Bento Box w Shrimp added was fab (huge serving that I brought home to...finish). Mushroom Soup was delicious. Steak & salads ordered were also very well presented & flavorful. Our server was knowledgeable & attentive. Wonderful experience. We’ll be back soon!!More

We enjoyed two buffet breakfasts mid week. As we were staying in the hotel, it was very convenient to just walk downstairs and not bother with a winter coat and cold car. I do not know if the options differ for the weekend but we...enjoyed the omelette (or eggs to your liking) station. Were able to add typical sausages, bacon, home fries. The fresh fruit was attractively displayed and changed each day. I appreciated the walnuts, coconut, apricots and cinnamon to be able to make a topping for the yogurt. I am gluten free but did not ask if they had gluten free bread as I was satisfied with other options.More

My poached pear and brie sandwich was quite small. The side salad was not fresh at all. It tasted like the salads you get in a container at a fast food restaurant. On a more positive note, my son ordered the kids burger which tasted...great. The other people in my group also enjoyed their dinners - salmon entree and ravioli - but the portions were definitely on the small side.More
