I finally got myself to Abruzzi today when my father came to town. It's been on my list to visit for a while now. Abruzzi is a very chic restaurants, with very friendly and attentive waiters. The food was just as good- I had their organic beet and whipped goat cheese salad to start, which not only looked beautiful, but... More

My husband and I ate here one Saturday evening and we were pleasantly surprised. We moved to London a year ago and we had considered stopping in on several occasions. However we had already found an Italian restaurant in the downtown area that we really enjoyed. Finally some friends of ours had suggested that we meet them there for dinner.... More

Located across from the revamped London Farmers' Market, the Abruzzi restaurant is in the heart of the restaurant action in London. The menu selections were interesting and the food was great. The lunch pizza is quite generous in size (had to take a couple of pieces home but they did not last past the supper hour). My guest had the... More

Delicious pasta / red sauce like nonni used to make. Paired with a wine suggested by Rob, the co-owner made for a great night.

I've eaten at Abruzzi many times, and each time it has gotten better. Most recently we dined with friends and it was excellent. Very well prepared and fresh. Rob, the owner, is a really nice guy and makes the place very inviting. Well done.

We recently visited Abruzzi for my daughter's birthday. The menu had many lovely options and each member of our party of four selected a different entrée. We were all very pleased with the flavours, presentation and timeliness of our order. We also thoroughly enjoyed the appetizer we shared which was a lovely collection of cured meats, cheeses and olives. Our... More

We were a group of four out celebrating an anniversary, We had heard positive feed-back on Abruzzi's but nobody in our group had ever been. From start to finish this was one of, if not the best "experience" we have ever had at a London restaurant. The owner Rob met us, introduced himself and offered suggestions shortly after entering the... More

Great food and atmosphere for reasonable prices. The chef specials are always a great way to go, also a good wine list makes it a great place to go for a evening out or a business lunch

Abruzzi prides itself on using local ingredients and is Italian inspired food which means pastas and main entrees using the freshest ingredients but not limited to traditional recipes. The bread was lovely with a nice texture and the dipping oil had a nice peppery bite. We started with a squash pear soup which was outstanding and had the twist of... More

Close to theatres, John Labatt Centre and other London night life. Authentic Italian dining. We enjoyed the meat ravioli and meat due (tenderloin and gnocchi with a meat roulade). Very flavourful. Great salad starters as well. I would recommend this as one of the top Italian restaurants in the city.
